    Hi Roger. I love Sicilian Kitchen and as you know Sicilians cook a lot with pasta. There is a famous pasta dish with Almonds and pine nuts. After seeing your video I did your pistacchi cream without the sugar and added it to my Almonds and pine nuts pasta mixture, but I only put about 1g of sugar and a little salt in it. I used the pasta water to make it creamy and it was
    sensational. Thanks for the good idea. Its is mainly flavoured with Pecorino Romano cheese.
