7 months later and still getting comments. I had looked at so many other video as to get the skin off of pistachios. ( I am making ice cream) This was the only video that explained everything. I thought it was just boiling water but wanted to make sure. You covered everything the kind pistachios to use and the removing process. Thank you
Hi there! The white cream in the mixer shown is my favorite frosting- Italian meringue buttercream. Just wanted to show that pistachio paste can be added to any buttercream frosting recipe 😊

The water added to the mix will make the pistachio spoil very quickly. You need to use oil.
