Demonically delicious! How to make "Negi-tama-soba" with spicy oil

    Today we made "Negi Tamago Soba" with a lot of green onions.
    By pouring hot spiced oil over the noodles, I made an addictive flavor. Please try it!

           Ingredients (for 1 person)
    1 serving (140g) raw buckwheat noodles
    Green onion, as desired
    1 egg yolk
    1 clove garlic
    3 white onions (green part)
    A dash of rice oil
    Soba-tsuyu (buckwheat sauce) to taste (60 cc in the video)
    (You can also use commercially available mentsuyu.
     If you use mentsuyu (concentrated mentsuyu), please make at the same ratio as for zaru soba.

    How to make
    1. Chop a large amount of green onion.
    Put rice oil, 3 white onions and a clove of garlic in a frying pan.
    Add oil until the leeks are half submerged in the oil, then slowly heat the oil over low heat until lightly charred.
    Boil the soba noodles for the same amount of time as for zaru soba, wash them well, and rinse them in ice water.
    5. Put the noodles and soba-tsuyu in a bowl, arrange the green onions on top of the noodles until they are no longer visible, and top with the egg yolk.
    Heat an appropriate amount of spiced oil to about 200 degrees Celsius and pour it over the green onions to complete the dish.
     *A good rule of thumb for the temperature of the spiced oil is to heat it until it starts to smoke a little.
