The combination of chia and oatmeal is amazing and the fact that the soak make it a very good filler and an amazing natural laxative too . Take at at morning and works as soon as we get up next morning

One of my overnight oats fav ingredients is w a combo of almond milk, organic honey, cinnamon, topped in the AM w apples, bananas, blueberries, another dash of cinnamon w honey and off I go! 🤗

I can't tell you how good for health this recipe is . a good meal looks and taste good , gives energy , breaks down easily and when it reaches all goals leaves the body quickly and gently. I just made some for breakfast tomorrow. It’s a go to grab and go breakfast for me. My recipe is honey vanilla. 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk 1-2 tbs honey and at least 2 drops of vanilla extract or flavoring. Add more if you like more. Pop the lid on top and give it a good shake for about a minute and leave overnight (duh!) 😂 you can add bananas if you like them, it’s a good addition to this flavor. Nuts too, especially pistachios and walnuts! 🤤

What is the size of mason jar you were using?
I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone that have constipation. It's a great natural laxative. Ì used it for myself, kids and few family members tried it too. Chia and oats swells more inside the colon and creates a big soft bowel movements in almost 24 hours. Not sure if this happens with Natasha too but she can let us know

you can add honey. I find it best to dump contents in the bowl and drizzle honey over the top 😋

Overnight oats are my favorite! I don’t have Chia seeds, is that okay? I’m not expecting you to answer I know there’s many people commenting but every recipe I see has chia seeds, and I never have them lol.
