I absolutely love these recipes. The PB&J is where it’s at! I have such a hard time getting up in the morning, but knowing I have this delicious breakfast to wake up to makes getting out of bed so much easier. I’m new to your channel. It’s giving me so much inspiration to eat healthy and show my body some love. A big thank you to you, Sadia! This is great 💛
Breakfast is the best meal of the day! Especially when it tastes like dessert 😉 There's so much value added in this video. Not only do you explain all of the great benefits of overnight oats, but the recipes themselves are very simple to follow & we really appreciate that! Honestly, that's one reason we started our channel, was to show people that it can be easy to switch to a vegan lifestyle! It seems like it can seem overwhelming, especially at first, but when you find recipes that call for only a few ingredients, its suddenly not so bad. Much love to you for showing us how to create these amazing oats... we can't wait to try! 😍
I have been consuming "Overnite Oats" for at least 3 years. I started off using Mason jars as you do. Then I asked myself "Why?" Unless you eat it on the go. Why bother? Just get yourself a nice buddha bowl and do it. It all tastes the same in the morning Folks. CMJ Canada

Wow this is actually really good. You can get pretty tired or overnight oats and smoothie bowls because you see them all the time and they're really same same and boring, but will definitely make some of these. Thanks x
I'm not vegan, but i'm lactose intolerant and it's so hard to find recipes without milk or any type of dairy for snacks or breakfast here in Brazil. So thank you for this! (also I'm super looking forward for when the plant based yogurt is going to arrive here!)
Sadia, you've inspired me to give overnight oats another try. I tried it once before using steel-cut oats and I didn't care for the texture. So this time I'm using old fashioned rolled oats as you suggest. Using what I have on hand I've added soy milk, frozen blueberries, ground flaxseeds, natural peanut butter, ground ginger, cardamom, and nutmeg. Will see how it turns out. I'm optimistic. Thanks as always for sharing your wonderful recipes and knowledge.
OMG I‘ve just discovered your channel and I‘m blown away! So nice, charming, relaxing and inspiring, this is what my soul was seeking for❤️please never stop. Sending love from Germany🥰
I am not plant based but I still love these recipes because a lot of them you can just substitute for w/e you have on hand (for instance, I would use all natural peanut butter instead of almond butter, and milk because I don't have any non dairy milk), and they also seem quick, easy, and healthy! I'm excited to try the peanut butter and jelly one especially.
Last week I made the vegan nutella one, and it was delicious, specially with some fresh strawberries! This week I'll be trying the peanut butter and jelly one, and I'm so excited!!
I'm in the middle of full lockdown here in New Zealand, and it's day 6 of 4 weeks. Trying my best to not eat all the instant noodles xD So, I turned to overnight oats! I'm currently using a glass jar, originally for jam, which is THE PERFECT size So far, I've tried the "nutella" one, and the tropical one. As a chocolate lover, surprisingly, it wasn't my favourite, it was tropical! Tonight, I'm going to make the peanut butter and "jam" one hahah Edit: Will have to get my hands on more peanut butter, or just peanuts and almonds first :/
Tha ks you for this recipe, I tried it but i did some changes because i always have to add my touch lol and it was sooo good! Instead of plant based yogurt i put 1tsp of cottage cheese+1tsp of regular yogurt+1tsp of honey. For the topping i put some ground unsalted cashews. If you want less carbs you can try coconut sugar instead of the honey! 😋😋
I love the cous cous idea, definitely gonna give it a try. How do you take care of your hair? It's always so glowy and healthy looking. Thank you for your beautiful videos
These overnight oats are the first thing that sold me on this website. I "make" them every night and LOVE them in the morning. I especially like the cous cous one because when you look at it in the morning, it looks like it did not expand at all. Then when you stir it, it fluffs up. It's so yummy with the pomegranite and pistachios in it! And I love eating out of the pretty mason jars. I've gotten into a habit also of toasting coconut flakes while my oven cools down, after I've made something. (This is important as I hate that my oven uses natural gas, but it came with the house, and I am waiting/hoping to switch it out for an electric one).
Chocolate is my soft spot too and it was hard because I love a cup of creamy hot chocolate especially come the winter months. However, recently I’ve discovered hot molasses cocoa! 1 tbsp of blackstrap molasses (high in calcium, iron and other minerals), 1 tbsp of Dutch processed cocoa (iron and copper rich), 1-2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, and a dash of spices like arabica, cinnamon, nutmeg or even the pumpkin spice mix or some cayenne pepper. I never believed I would find a replacement but it just tastes amazing! Plus I get the extra calcium I lack, and some extra iron in a cup or 2 a day of luxury.
My fav that I do at home all the time: mashed banana, fine coconut flakes, oats, chia seeds, plant based milk/yoghurt. sometimes I add peanut butter or unsweetened cocoa and berries on top. yum!
@@JZLtravels i tried it today with rice milk, peanut butter, some almonds and frozen berries plus some almond butter. I guess the glas is 300-400 ml. Added a teaspoon of agave sirup. And i was hungry 3 hours later and i had 4 slices of bread with cheese and tomatoes before. I'm not kidding.
especially rasberries last time i had them were 3months ago and before that i cant remember im the healthnut in my fam so i need to work with what i can afford😁😁😁
Overnight oats are such a revelation for me. I have them most mornings and it comfortably fills me up until lunch no problem - I find I don't need a snack, which saves me the temptation of eating crap. Thanks for the new recipe ideas. Definitely trying the Nutella one!
One of my go to varieties is adding bananas and walnuts to oats, unsweetened coconut, chia seeds, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It's a bit like banana bread.
I am definitely one of those people who are not on board with the overnight oats... yet! These flavours definitely make me want to try them and I might heat it up because I prefer a warm breakfast in the morning. Remember to add black pepper and/or fats to the turmeric oats so your body can absorb the curcumin for its healthy benefits!
The oats have an amino acid trìptopen that makes the melatonin which is the sleep hormon..that is why it is better to eat the oats in the evening to get better sleep...sorry for my English...😊

Instead of plant based yogurt i put 1tsp of cottage cheese+1tsp of regular yogurt+1tsp of honey. For the topping i put some ground unsalted cashews. If you want less carbs you can try coconut sugar instead of the honey! 😋😋
Oh.my.god !!! Never had oat meal of my life, and it is amazing, the peanut butter and jelly is unbelievable

Tried all of them now and they are all delicious in their own way. It’s also exciting to try something new, since I’m not a vegan :-)

I love the cous cous idea, definitely gonna give it a try. How do you take care of your hair? It's always so glowy and healthy looking. Thank you for your beautiful videos
I eat porridge almost every morning : I can't wait to try those. I've make the strawberry and peanut butter one: I fell in Love😍😍
(This is important as I hate that my oven uses natural gas, but it came with the house, and I am waiting/hoping to switch it out for an electric one).
who wants PUL to start a podcast 🙋♀️

@@christopherchapman1769 cute!
You have a great voice for this. Thanks for the tips!
Love this, I use quinoa as I can't eat oats, will be trying the chocolate one ASAP.
My fav that I do at home all the time: mashed banana, fine coconut flakes, oats, chia seeds, plant based milk/yoghurt. sometimes I add peanut butter or unsweetened cocoa and berries on top. yum!
Does this stop your hunger for a long time ?
@@theunmobablespes6582 i actually ate it today at work at 9am and i was full until 2pm :)
Berries are incredibly expensive in my country. 😅😂🥰
Arvi same. I am so envious of food videos using beautiful berries😅
Can you access frozen berries from a discount supermarket?
Aaah yes berries are like an indulgence
You can try local fruits. I live in the tropics and Overnight oats topped with papaya, dragonfruit and watermelon is honestly the best!
especially rasberries last time i had them were 3months ago and before that i cant remember im the healthnut in my fam so i need to work with what i can afford😁😁😁
Whenever I watch your new video, it's just mind-blowing every time !! Loaded with new ideas that I always fall in love with!!
Aesthetics on point 💃💗
You've helped me switch to a healthier diet
I am definitely one of those people who are not on board with the overnight oats... yet! These flavours definitely make me want to try them and I might heat it up because I prefer a warm breakfast in the morning. Remember to add black pepper and/or fats to the turmeric oats so your body can absorb the curcumin for its healthy benefits!
My daughter and I scarfed up the peanut butter and jelly this morning. So divine!
Loved this!!! The couscous is such a cool idea, I didn't think it would "cook" overnight
all this look so delicious I can't belive that I spend my whole life without doing all this.
The oats have an amino acid trìptopen that makes the melatonin which is the sleep hormon..that is why it is better to eat the oats in the evening to get better sleep...sorry for my English...😊
@CargoRay thank you. you don't have to eat the oats only sweet. you can cook it in a soup for example, and in other dishes.
