Kerbal Space Program - Kerbal X Economy Challenge Submission

I've done a Kerbal X challenge before, but I got a bit more creative with this one. The goal was to land on Mun and return while keeping as much liquid fuel as possible in the upper stage.

Is it not allowed to stage off fuel tanks, the mainsail, decoupler and heatshield using an engineer kerbal? Also, with 2 kerbals flying the rocket, 1 could go down to the surface with the jetpack, fuel cylinders and a little help from the rocket's engines (jetpack + fuel cylinders ~= 900m/s, lithobraking = 50m/s, so boost ~= 210m/s, which is doable)
