I have a question does macular amyloidosis have anything to do with numbness in the pinky or ring finger? I have that condition and I’ve noticed a month ago my pinky and ring finger tingling sensations and I do feel sometimes in my elbow and today I’m having that sensation again or does that have nothing to do with it?

It could be Thoracic outlet syndrome as well.

TOS is rare and the symptoms slightly different. I should do a future video about TOS.

      @@DrAndreaFurlan Thanks for your reply.
I disagree. TOS is not rare, but instead, misdiagnosed.
There are some misconceptions like the need of a positive EMG for nTOS diagnosis. Positive EMG only means late stage disease in that scenario.
Depending on the type of TOS the symptoms could go from pain, numbness, tingling and muscle weakness to skin color changes, swelling and muscle atrophy.
Locations of symptoms can go from neck to the hand.
I advice to check Thoracic Outlet Syndrome 2021 Springer Editorial book. It is the main source of TOS updated content written by TOS specialist.
