I was thinking about doing an upper body day today and you posted this at the perfect time! getting stronger wasn´t really my goal before, but working out with you really changed my relationship with fitness and these strength workouts with heavy weights are now my favorite!
these workouts are great! gained a bit of weight since becoming more toned and gaining muscles, which is good. (muscle weight). decided to up my workouts recently to get even more toned and lean. I can't wait to see further results in the future! also reminder to anyone reading the comments, rest days are just as important to allow the muscles to properly heal back stronger, and a treat in moderation is good every now and then. edit: this is definitely easier than when i started a couple weeks previously. it used to be torture!

I have one suggestion - when you are talking about where we should feel it - like lats or mid-back for example, if you can actually take your hand to that body part and point out, it will be very helpful in understanding exactly where we need to feel this and focus our mind there.

Dumbbell workouts are the best! Great for travelling or when you feel like working out at home. I wish I bought more light dumbbells, some workouts are tough 😂

I love these kind of workouts because I can make them as easy or as hard as I wish by picking the right weights. They've been a godsend in my recovery when I am still super weak but also don't have enough breath for cardio.

I just built the bench I ordered specifically for doing the last exercise properly (until today, I worked with a chair). Now I might just go for one of those early leg videos that use a bench for all kinds of torture moves haha.

I've always avoided repeat workouts, always felt a little "bored" or as if it was never-ending 🤭, but I really liked this one. Longer intervals and 3 sets, kinda made me feel...cool?😅
Maddy, where do you get your workout clothes from? I love how your shorts and leggings are so high waisted and they never seem to move during your workouts.
