    I never did this series all the way though I often related legs and back Burnie going through all of these and they are so good!! Like muscle fatigue is on point with these combos! Love the whole series

    another great one! the tip to pretend like you are squeezing a ball between your knees for bridges made a HUGE difference!

    First time I did this I was pregnant and I was soooo frustrated about not being able to do the pushups 😅

    I did this workout a few months ago and was struggling. I came back to it using heavier weights, doing all the moves without modifications, and breaking out a sweat.     Second time doing this workout and I don't remember dripping so much sweat. I used 20's & 25's this time around and feel super strong and agile. I've never been called an athlete before, who knew how awesome it would be to hear!!! As always, thank you so so much!

    I am strong 💪😊! I was riding my bike a lot today and when I came home I didn't feel like training. But I guess that's where the habit part kicked in and I decided just to start today's workout in my regular clothes 😂 and I actually finished! I was so happy, went by so fast. And I just read my comment from a month ago, I had to switch to lighter weights but today I stuck to the heavier weights! So 🥳

    Lindsey," Circuit # 4! Your final circuit!" Liar! hahahahah Thanks for that bonus round...Great way to change it up. It makes everything so fun when instead of another circuit you change the system (2 moves, 1 min each. Instead of the 3 moves at 40 sec times 2) I love it....Going to wipe up the sweat.

    I’m absolutely loving splitstrong! I never want it to end! Brand new workouts EVERY DAY!!!
    My body has transformed since I started doing your workouts. I was coasting before but you push me to challenge myself and reach for heavier weights. Recently I weighed myself before getting in the bath and I was surprised to see I weigh the same even though all my clothes are looser. But I caught sight of my body in the full length mirror and I’ve got muscles and definition I never had before! Not bulky but ripped!

    I love how you encourage to just try picking up heavier weights. I picked up my 20’s that I haven’t used much yet and did the dead lift/ squat combo and the one arm chest/ glute bridges! Thank you for helping me push myself when I probably wouldn’t have on my own! Stronger together ❤️

    This was such a great combination! The glute bridge circuit was my fave! But I also love curtsy lunges and flyes and lateral lunges so I guess the whole routine was my favorite! Such a great burn! Thank you!

    Love your workouts my chest is on fire. Definitely didn't feel burnt out in the legs. I went heavy I guess for me I didn't feel like I was able to get the reps in like last weeks legs and glutes

    Love this...idk what I'm doin wrong tho...I never feel chest muscles in flys....I try heavier and lighter weights to try to test form...idk I think I'm broken🤣🤣🤣. Great workout tho I'm sure I'll feel tomorrow like all others 😰

    This might be my favorite so far! I went a bit light as I was so sore last week. Any advice on leg weights? If I use weights that would take me failure I can barely walk the next few days. Do you go a bit lighter just so you’re not so sore? Clearly the soreness means the muscles are working.

      Way to go Gina! I personally like to push my weights in these strength workouts, knowing you have a leg rest day the following day, but you can always do what works best for you!

    I was SOOOO excited to do this one omg!! But I think I pulled my hamstrings right under my right glute so I’m gonna wait until Wednesday and hopefully I’ll be able to do it!!

    One word: SWEAT. Oh no, two words, sweat and BURN haha. Why does time go so fast during your work-outs! I was just a little bit bummed out because I had to switch to lighter weights for the narrow chest press combo :( But it was great as always. My daughter is actually frowning because of my arm muscles LOL. She thinks it's a bit freaky how fast they grew :p. Can't wait for tomorrow! The pull work-out!
