Those frat brothers do not need investigating lol. Boys are out for the night they are not gonna be calling the police or his momma on their drunk friend. Was he sharing a room with any of them at the hotel? If not they may not have noticed he wasn't there or if they were drunk too they may have just gone to bed. How on earth would they call his family, I doubt they have the number so may have taken some tracking down through fraternity contacts who can access next of kin maybe at the college during the day. They also probably invested a bit of money into the event so still went as they figured the cops are on to it and he would be found. Against popular belief fraternity brothers are not always close. Tox results and cameras at bars will tell the story of drugs. When a family starts slinging mud at others they are just feeling guilt they raised a man who made bad decisions for himself.

@@NancyDrew911 I'm 16 years old with two degrees. Was never in a fraternity. Don't feel the need to be a follower. I have two children; one is an attorney and one is a neurosurgeon. They don't drink alcohol. They weren't in fraternities. I think they made it out just fine because they're alive, making great money and they're doing good things in this world. They are raising their own children with moral values, non-drinking values. This is what you get from good parents instead of ones that support immoral behavior. Obviously your parents didn't do a very good job themselves, or whoever it was that raise you. Your profile name on the Internet speaks volumes. Good luck with that.

Just feel if he had been drunk it would have been more consistent, he would have walked unsteadily all the time, even going out onto the road, and would slur his words or not even answer if he was that drunk. It's an assumption that any of the guys he went with to Luke Bryan were aware of Rileys ejection ( save for the one guy that walked with him as he was leaving) the joint has 7 bars, 3 stages, 2 kitchens and 6 floors. It's entirely possible the other 8 guys only learned about Riley being ejected from that one guy that apparently knew what,(when , & possibly why) had happened.
Is he a "bad" friend for not going with? For not going down the block , to another bar, where some of his 150 other fraternity brothers were ( which is reportedly what happened)
The next bar was managed by the same group as Luke Bryan; thus, same security team. Strain was denied entry ,as he was on the "no fly list" due to the prior incident .
It's not unreasonable to think Strain said eff it and decided to just head back to the hotel. five blocks away.. he seems to have called somebody from his crew, he was on reportedly on speakerphone , discussing directions with a male , according to the intersection couple that spoke to him.
What was Rileys condition prior to him inspecting the sidewalk next to the lamp post ? Have you ever seen a football player go to the wrong huddle or sideline? ¿ Something about "getting their bell rung"
Riley was a no show for breakfast the next morning. That's when one would expect questions of hey, has anyone seen/ heard from him would begin. Why wouldnt they call his Mom before calling the police? They should have suspected "foul play" !?
Nothing to indicate foul play doesn't mean the body was pristine, free from damage or injury. Shot, stabbed, bound , burned, bludgeoned, stuffed in barrel, would tend to indicate "foul play". If there were A skull fracture, that would indicate a blow to the head. it doesnt exclude foul play, but it's far from "proof" that foul play was involved.
¿ But of course , ninjas ended Bob Saget; the head trauma he suffered proves that...

In my opinion, from the very beginning it looked like some culpability lied within his group. 10-15 “friends/brothers” are with you and not ONE of them were willing to leave with him! NOT ONE! What friends don’t reach out to family or show an ounce of compassion or concern or refuse to show up to help search for him? They all disappeared and showed no interest or concern when Riley was clearly missing. Even after he was found they all stuck together and demonstrated no grief whatsoever. Not even one broke away from the group’s deafening silence to offer the parents their heartfelt sympathies. How do so many “brothers” literally ignore a search for a missing friend unless they were trying to avoid or stonewall people seeking answers? That in and of itself screams that they ALL knew someone in their group was guilty of SOMETHING. Those guys are the worst. At least one guy in that group knows whether or not another member slipped something into Riley’s drink; as a joke, and I can guarantee you there are several people that really want to talk but are terrified to come forward until school is out. You can believe, if it was in fact someone in that group who did something horrible to Riley, they all likely know who it was. Someone is going to talk eventually.
