The fact that it took 7 months to come to the conclusion that he was “ dragged “ makes me think that some police in that town , had kids at the party.. Get the FBI .
I'm with u...I was a Criminal Law major back in College in the 1980's, so I'm old now. But, Damn, just by what I heard about the case at the beginning leads me to that answer. I figured he was prob dragged behind a truck, a truck is higher off the ground then a car, which shows why no lower extremities were torn up, and its pretty obvious that someone important had a kid at that party and that's why this family is not getting answers. Either a cop, an investigator, a judge, or mayor, DA....they are covering for someone's kid...That's the problem with our Justice systems..It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out..This poor young man and his family has suffered enough..Someone needs to get to the bottom of this.

They were not all underage kids that night or the nights of partying.
There were attendees who were over 21 too.
But based upon the time he was left on the side of the highway and the time he was found & authorities called gave time to get a story locked in in advance.
That’s what I was thinking. Theres no such thing as investigating or investigators anymore.
A couple years back in my area there was a robbery/ murder of a young teen girl 17-18 in a very busy area and a very good area.. people here were literally pissed at the police for not doing anything and not letting anyone in the public know , media silence so to speak.. but… they knew who did it and they were on his ass on day one… once they got all the evidence they needed they then went in for the kill so to speak. All im saying is let them do their jobs…. If they know the path traveled and if he had a cellphone they can use that and narrow it down to who elses cellphone was in that same area. Technology does wonders. Nobody gets away with murder anymore.
These cops know what happened... many cops are corrupt... covering up crimes. The Lord said in these last days that the world will be lawless meaning curropt authorities.

Exactly. It is shameful and absolutely outrageous that kids who were there that night stay silent on the full story, or treat it like some sort of game or tv unsolved mystery episode. Even if this was a drunken accident and Noah was primarily to blame (e.g. car surfing), how anybody who was there could look themselves in the mirror the next day after staying silent, let alone engage in a coverup over the death of a classmate, is weak, contemptible, gutless and pathetic. The official explanation for the "shoe business" back in 2023 was that he was drunk when he left the party and couldn't find one of his shoes. He snatched up another guy's shoe and left wearing mismatched shoes (which doesn't sound too far-fetched when you're drunk).
It sounds like some kind of hate crime like someone was jealous of him,or maybe he had been in an argument or a fight with someone and they were embarrassed and took revenge and they wanted to humiliate him.

Sounds like he was definitely dragged at some point. It could just be a tragic accident with young adults drinking too much and doing foolish things or it could be something on purpose/foul play. I just hope the police can figure it out because his parents/family deserve answers. This is awful.

She was waiting on family to come out from a restaurant. He never knew she was in the car. She jumped out and when he finally was stopped way later she was naked from her clothes being ripped off while being dragged underneath the car. Caught up in the seat belt. Bunch of people in a truck partying drinking. He could have fell out and got dragged for God knows how long before they realized it and left him somewhere. Heard of another case of a guy unknowingly being dragged underneath car and clothes were gone.
I haven't heard of this case until now. Omfg poor Noah! The fear and pain he endured is unimaginable. I hope he's happy now in the afterlife. Love and light to all who loved him. ❤

I sometimes see the friends making fun of him, they all agreed to say nothing, maybe a pack amoung them... I'm a dad and I cried for a while, if this was a joke it didn't turn out to be a joke... Very little blood found at the scene, friends wrote their names on his butt although they were not there when found. The one girl used a sharpie, that won't come off that easy. Seems like he got beaten up and killed at the party, they tried to cover it up and then they drove and dumped him. Prayers to the family for answers.

I also saw a picture of a couple girls writing their names on his naked butt with markers. This was a few hours before his death. When they found him, those signatures on his butt were gone.

A party of teenagers who got very drunk resulted in one of them accidentally falling from the bed of a pickup truck moving at high speed.

If he was dragged how come the road rash is only on the upper left side of his body?
Could be the only part of his body that touched the pavement if someone was holding his legs or his clothing got hung up on something on the vehicle and he was hanging half in and half out as the vehicle was moving with his upper body making contact with the pavement and his lower body hung up or held inside the vehicle. I can picture this and it’s either drunk young people fooling around and it was an accident or someone tortured this kid by deliberately beating and dragging him. People are likely afraid to come forward for one reason or another.

This tall, smart, accomplished extremely good looking boy could have been a victim of a hate crime, jealousy motivated, envy type of murder. He was nude which would indicate the person, or persons wanted to humiliate & degrade his character to the lowest point, and here they accomplished their goal. Yep it’s someone who was seething with envy not just jealousy!
My heart breaks for his family.
They killed him first, then tossed him on the road so it would look like a car hit him.
Sounds like he was dragged from a car. Or attacked, its just so sad, this should not happen to anyone. Prayers for the family.
That's horrible poor kid 😢 what an awful way to die what the heck is wrong with people these days I hope the family get closure my condolences to his friends and loved ons 😢
I'm so sorry.
Someone very close to him who was jealous and/or envious of him, since it is a very passionate and personal crime due to the tremendous torture he went through. Someone who knew he was out that night, at that party. Get the FBI involved!
