Fuck Yeah!
Fucking* pinning this one.
*edit: added fucking.
@zombietools please send advanced knife bro the Reaver Cleaver to absolutely destroy every tree and log in his path.
@@kalliot9943 Our first thought was the Rat Bastard....love chopping down trees with that. But the Reaver Cleaver would do as well or better.
Ahahah absolutely. Pretty much anything from zombietools is gonna be amazing. Cheers
@@kalliot9943 he like choppers which are short and slightly curved so the parabellum would be better
Didn't realise how much I needed a 40 minute AKB fixie fix
I tried to make it shorter, but couldn’t hack it.
@@AdvancedKnifeBro shoulda used a kukri
@@AdvancedKnifeBro Don't be cutting part 2 short
Your reckless battoning sooths me, as I live vicariously through you.
These longer videos are so incredibly relaxing to watch. As always, love the production. Your unenthusiastic salty comments about some things in the knife world are just 👌🏼
Honoured to make a podium finish! We've got some new big boys coming out in the next couple of months- I know you said the fixed blade collection is finished but i think if we sent something your way you could squeeze it in the chest ;)
I'm increasingly jealous of the variety of chopping mediums in your yard- all you need is a giant prickly pear patch to pretend to be a ninja in and you'd just about be able to charge entry.
Take care,
Andrew and the team at Kailash.
Survive GSO 5.1 (3V) ordered May 2022, still waiting FYI.
3:42 LOL! 😅
Poor little soul, may the steel-demons have mercy on his spirit!
Good sir
I binge watch your vids because you are on point by taking the piss out of everyone.
PS reading comments on your vids are pure funny.
Keep doing you sir!!!
dude, i really appreciate the long format video. i know it might not be great for metrics or something but it's awesome to have all of this information. learned about a few really cool knives and got to see them in action. thanks man
People have been asking for this for years- and it’s a good time to do it and lay them all out. I tried to make it shorter but I couldn’t and I like it all in one video. Thanks man!!
Agree. AKB is best when served with a little time.
Same, this AKB knife buffet style video was great stuff.
Another great chapter. Future, post internet generations will know that this was the greatest UA-cam channel of all time!
The large fix blade collection is complete!!! Say it ain't so! Reviews of these are my favorite. Tactical Advanced Knife Bro is Best Advanced Knife Bro.
It just occurred to me while watching this mix of older and newer footage that you're like the Gene Hackman of knife videos. The same way that Gene always looks 50 years old, no matter what era movie you're watching, the same can be said of AKB. You've ALWAYS looked like you're 40, whether it's one of your very first videos, or a current one. So, congratulations, I guess?
I’ll take it!
Gene “Hack”man. 🪓🗡️
@@carlstanland5333 😅
Awesome as always and love the sarcasm!!!!!
I loved that shot of the bamboo being chopped so cleanly it slowly started falling and crashed down with a satisfying SNAP!
Great video thank you AKB.
I find tree pruning using a Kukri with a beer in the other hand really puts your neighbours on notice and dissuades those awkward, over the fence 'how about that weather' chats.
Really needed this today, Boss. Thanks for lifting my spirits.
You and me both 👍
came for the lawn swords, stayed for the kukris. 38 minutes of stuff I either have or likely will end up spending money on. All jokes aside, it's always pretty neat seeing a full collection and hearing general thoughts on all of them, your videos are always great and its always fun to ping my other knife bros whenever your videos drop.
Man I love watching your videos. You always make me smile.
This is the first video of yours that I see. I love the vibe and the chill, got myself a snack and watched it all. I bet I'll be watching some other videos of yours. Keep going atyour own pace doing what you like, it's reflected in your presentation.
My 5 inch kbars are great garden, farm use knives after changing from knife edge dulling glass filled chinas sheaths. I put a 17 angle meat, vegi cutting angle on most of mine.shorts get the navy. Cammo get the bowie. Wife gets the okc with back saw.10 incher- go figgure!
One of the best knife reviews ever! I was definitely laughing for most of the video.
Fun to watch. Especially if you have a substantial knife history yourself. Makes it easy to relate to your reviews which I like. Thanks for the work and the style, which makes it easier to accept being a knife addict 😄
Love your work mate. I always find myself smirking while watching your reviews. Bloody Tora fan boys.😂
I like your square looking choppers. They’re cool. I like my ‘tourist’ Kukris.😉
Aw hell yeah, Advanced Knife Bro video. It’s gunna be a good day
Thanks for this vid Mark, watched it while sharpening the Ontario kukri for yard work today. “Us zombie-ready peeps” need to stay ready for when Nuke Cola becomes the market replacement for Jolt.
Enjoyed this - the video itself and the unexpected revisiting of many years of quality AKB content 👍🏻
Love this video dude!! You're hilarious and seeing all this man-candy being slung around & photographed in groups makes me more hardened than I was yesterday😁
You're a savage bro!
💪😎👍
Amazing writing and truth as always
I have that Ontario machete with "US" sheath that I bought as a child in Fort Knox, KY (I'm 58 now). Still plenty sharp enough to get through a home invader.
well worth a watch.... just to see them being put to use. excellent :)
That was a great video very interesting. It must have taken you ages to put this together. Cheers from Canada.
Good video. The Lynn/Jesus combo brings out a smile every time. I noticed today that there's a lot of hipsters on Bladeforums that do not approve of our savior, lol. Some people have no sense of humor or style.
I own an original Western W49 and a Cold Steel Wild West Bowie. Both are wonderful. :D
May he have mercy on their soul
Love it. FFFFin Hysterical, entertaining and informative. Keep em coming.
I try to imagine the mindset required to troll AKB for that long over the same thing and I just can't comprehend the sadness one must have in their life to stan for Victorinox that hard...
@@remster1159 You got it all wrong. This realest knife bro was carrying a Victorinox in utero. He used it to cut his own cord.
to state a youtuber I follow you have a massive cutlery or knives collection and some of them have not seen the limelight a long time
Well done review and an introduction to Wallace Edge tools.
I think we can all agree you got some SICK gear 😎⚙️🤟🏻
Tremendous effort! Thanks
Married to knives...I ❤️love it...knives are harsh mistresses.
I love your Trail Master BRO!!!
This channel is important.
Since i’ve been getting into Customs, I’m surprised at how affordable the Kailash Khukuris are. The scourge looks really tempting. With knifeflation i’m seeing custom makers like Wallace Edge tools and BGM knives sell knives are prices that are similar to high end production knives like Bark River.
Always love a AKB video!
Good stuff. I remember a lot of the individual videos on these
After cutting all them trees down -- I think you should use the cold steel shovel to plant one!
You are great, it's like I made knife videos, but you know, I was an idiot ! Keep up the good work!
I use the Svôrd Golok and the Vuresteleka Skrama 240 for choppers.
I've noticed that out of the box the Golok far excelled clearing grasses, other "greenery", softwoods, and green wood more than the Skrama.
The Skrama, (still capable in the above, don't get me wrong) performed better on dry brush and dry wood.
I figure it makes sense. The golok is designed for wet, lush, green jungle green growth while the Finnish Skrama is meant for harder woods.
The Svôrd Golok is convex and the Skrama is Skandi. My W49 was slicier and bit harder with my own convex mod. I think I'd trade both of these to get the w49 back.
I have noticed the the wild west is very easy to sharpen and takes a razor edge.
@@AdvancedKnifeBro And it holds an edge like a champ. It was my go-to in urban Spring and Fall yard clean-ups.
Awesome video! Informative, inspiring, and entertaining!! Thank you!
Glad to see a new video got a little worried when you didn’t post for abit 😅
This one took a long time to edit and write and get the motivation for!
Got a few proper laughs outta this one bro 🤣 yet another masterpiece by the AKB!!!! ❤
The feels I get from that old bamboo stand a stump 1.0.
Great video, I enjoyed while drinking my coffee.
Finally it’s here!
I love that you have a CKRT Obake. Such a badass little fixed blade that looks like a custom but it’s only $35. One of my favorites
I like your haircut. Knives are good too.
Great damn vid,I'm gonna have to watch it twice! 👍👍👍
You are the man, keep on keepin on
I like the fact that your putting your blades to work while drinking a Dale's
"Like Buck fans, they suck all the fun out of it..."
My God that's so true and I never put it together. He's a genius
GREAT STUFF. All the links are perfect. Thanks, I always appreciate your dark sense of humor!
This is how all knife reviews should be. Great job.
The first guy to say what everyone with any self awareness is thinking.
Fuckin funny
Killer blade&killer vid knife bro!!
I could have sworn your Marbles would have made all 3 list. Great production quality, it's appreciated. But maybe more beer while chopping.
Love the Top Ten lists! Entertaining and informative! Do you miss your bamboo forest?
All the time. That back yard was hard to beat- and looked good on camera.
When life starts to get me down, I just watch this video again
Bought a Whiteriver Fc7. Giver a whirl, not bad.
31:31 OMG! Lynn Thompson as Jesus. 😃
I know how much you need to spend, 150ish bucks, on another damn kukri, but I have to recommend the BK21, whereas I feel that it would really round out your already awesome, crooked machete collection!
Good vid, bro 🤙🏼
Love your words❤.
Can't wait for the next one 👌👍🔥😎
This video made my day!
Great vid ABK. Have you seen this guy JoeX that does destruction tests? Crazy Austrian guy.
Great vid! Really enjoyed it! Keep it knife/beer bro!
Really enjoyed this.
😅 incredible channel! Thanks!
Kabar kukri is what ended up in my recovery gear. Heavy enough to double as a hammer but works as a machete!
Loved it even though I dozed off a couple of times!
Wicked collection
I ordered a gso-4 from Survive last December with a 6 month lead time. It will (maybe) be a Christmas gift this year.
If you want one, secondhand market is the way to go. Bought an old spec 10, a 4 Limited, and two 2.7’s pretty damn quick.
The watch guys are all re-branding to become lifestyle channels. You should review combs? Great video/list.
Hellz ya 💥😎👊🍻🍻great vid man
Aranyik are my favorites they are very sharp high durable and there is a country in Canada that transform the Latin machete into a high end affordable swords
12:50 came for the knife bs years ago, stuck around for the sardonic gold
It’s pretty awesome that a vet packed all the weight of a Junglas in Afghanistan, even though the trees there aren’t densely existent. Then he gave it to you, to sarcastically love
Scrama is made with a lot of inspiration from the Hukari, pronounce it like h before o and stress the k, Huhck-a-ree, originally repurposed battlefield finds of broken Swords, Sabers, Dusacks etc. From Swedish Huggare = Hukari ( Hewer) ~Hanger.
Skrama for life!
Awesome. Maybe next time you can baton using a whole tree stump. 😆
Great video! I liked the part where you talked about knives! Big ones too! Congrats
Thanks for sharing.. 👍👍👍
5:30 I did that several times, and one time I actually hit the fly! 😱
Luv it! I absolutely luv watching your Videos, Bro! You "ROCK!" Peace, Stiletto :-)
I gotta have more of those fancy fly fighting videos, best part of the whole video! Did you kill it?
Nope! It might have been a bee.
Nice toys.
Any chance of a review on the full size, Medford Marauder?
Nope.
Thank you for opening this with a danish knife 😅
Awesome collection!!
Hey man, love the channel. I especially enjoyed this video. Would you ever collaborate with JimiSlash? You guys have the potential to make some truly great ridiculous content together. Thanks, keep up the great work.
This was a fun video that also makes me a little sad that I just paid to have a big old maple tree taken down. Missed opportunity to use the Junglas, I think.
Great video
Vangedal (the 'e' is pronounced); the Danish bouie-knife!😍
Have you ever done a video on sharpening any of the kukris?
I believe I showed the sharpening in the kailash vs Khhi video. That clip also briefly appeared here. It’s not hard. Use the sharpening steel that comes with them, and alternate on either side
@@AdvancedKnifeBro I will watch that video. Thanks for the prompt reply
