    Hey man!
Professional athlete on World Level here!
Got crazy pain on the right side year ago from trampoline jump and for 2 weeks pain going out at 90%
When I start to workout again it comes after the workout and the symptoms are tightness around the Si joint area and sometimes shooting pain only in that area + radiation symptoms on my hips around gluteus medius and around hips. This happened already 5 times and I can’t train from a year
4 mri and 2 ct scans shows perfect disks everywhere, no si joint problems, no facet joint problems, also did facet joints injection that didn’t change anything.
Do you thing this can be a problem from muscles or tendons around that are that affect this nerves there, btw walking and normal movement are helping.
On the day of the acute injury I felt like I pinched a nerve like never before!
    Thanks 🙏🏼

Awesome video! Finding a practitioner who is knowledgable about these nerves is proving difficult but I'm absolutely certain that this explains some or most of my pain. I could never understand why virtually ALL rehab exercises caused instead of alleviated my pain. I'm sending this video to my pain doctor. Thanks!

@@DrewTimmermansND yes sir! Second one confirmed it. But I was extremely sore from the procedure, it kind of complicated associating and disassociating the pain source. I don’t do sedation, not sure if that complicates things.
They want to do nerve distraction procedure with an electronic device.
I’m looking for a surgeon to perform the procedure as you have described.
I’m self pay🥵 what is the cost out of pocket?

Thank you for the insight. I have been suffering from this pain going on 4 weeks now. I put off seeing an orthopedic for three weeks. As you know, first an xray was performed and my spine structure was fine and as you stated recommended an MRI and prescribed muscle relaxer and tylenol. The muscle relaxer helps to a degree, but after watching your video clearly everything you have stated definitely sounds like what I am experiencing in the superior and medial cluneal nerves. With that said, ideally going further with the next steps would make most sense, but since the covid pandemic, I really do not want to be exposing myself more than I need to. The pain is manageable most days, but about one day a week it is downright unbearable. So with my long winded statement, I was curious, since you did not touch upon it, is there any excercises, stretches, or muscle strengthening that could possibly alleviate or help the situation? Thank you in advance for you assistance.

Totally agree with you doc, that is also my approach, a very important thing to consider is patient education (most people think they have disc issues, but no signs for that), and a big risk is that patients with this wrong idea might consider or look for surgery as their first option. Unfortunately cluneal nerves are not "very famous", even in medical world. keep up the good job doc! best regards.

Hello. I hope you will answer this. I have been through sciatica because of disc hernia, so i know that kind of pain, but this pain is different. It is mostly lateral in the leg and it stops right down the buttock. I think what im having right now is that. Both sides of the low back. Pain in the left buttock especially. When i flex or extend the spine im in acute pain. I have this for months and finally i think this is it. I woyld like to know what caused this and if it is fixable forever after? Will Core exercises help the problem? Should i go to a physio?

I'm terribly sorry to hear that. It does sound like a peripheral nerve entrapment, which we help patients resolve all the time in our clinic. I would recommend coming to see me for treatment.

Hello. First, I would state that I am from Kentucky so booking an appointment will not be possible but I wanted to ask a question. I have undiagnosed back pain suspected to be caused by corneal nerve entrapment. I have recently miscarriaged and am ready to try again. Would there be any tests that could be ran, surgeries, or treatments available to a pregnant woman? I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon on 2/16 but have already waited an additional 6 months to start trying to get pregnant again. Will pregnancy make this preexisting condition worse? I am desperate and just in need of someone to help.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have a lot of videos on cluneal nerve entrapment online for your learning. Our nerve hydrodissection treatments with dextrose are safe in pregnancy. I don't know if your pregnancy will make it worse or not, sorry

“Stim-wave” targets those Clunial nerves. Have you assessed that modality’s usefulness?
