The good ones leave us always to soon. What a marvelous human being Bob Ross was, one of my favorite Americans of all times. The US, in fact the whole world needs more BOB ROSS these days.
I don't understand it either. The warmth of his personality and the passion for painting shines brighter than the sun in every single episode. Some people just hate everything good in the world.
Such an amazing artist but more of an amazing soul. Back in grade school when a teacher wanted a period off they would play one of his videos. 30 years later I watch him just for his calming voice and amazing art he creates so quickly. Sometimes he brings me into his world and sometimes it brings me back to elementary school. Either way he always brings me to happiness
Can you imagine being dead but your name is still so very alive as if you are. Bob Ross left an impression on so many people’s lives. Even people he doesn’t even know. Now that is amazing. If I were a kid I would want Bob Ross to read that story or just tell me a story. He’s such a natural.
Bro, I learned watching his shows from the early 80's, it's easy, only thing is paint and equipment can be expensive, but boy is it worth every penny. You learn as you go, I though he was crazy when he mentions on shows, there's no mistakes, just happy accidents, he was right.
This is one of my most favorite paintings he's ever done. I was fortunate enough to see this in person (along with three other beauties) while in the DePaul Art Museum. There's nothing like seeing this in person ❤️❤️❤️

I've loved Bob's painting since it was on TV in the 1970's. When I felt like shit, I could watch Bob and he would calm me down and just make me feel better about my life and the world... Thank you from the bottom of my heart Bob....
This has to be one of my favorites that Bob has done. It just screams warm feelings and peacefulness. Sunrises and sunsets are some of the most beautiful things you can ever see, no matter where you are. What a gorgeous painting! :)
"Them little fuzzy things will get stuck on them fingers if you touch em, making you go OOOO." Cactus 101. How can a man in their 40s sounds so innocent? Haha
Best part is when he asks us to be brave in any of the videos there is that one moment, sometimes I forget to breathe for a few moments. Pretty deep metaphor for life's challenges.

In one episode he said that it was, "better than kicking your dog around the house, or taking it out on your spouse." Wise words...
What do you do
With the mad that you feel
When you feel so bad
That you could bite
When the whole wide world
Seems oh so wrong
And nothing you do seems very right
What do you do
Do you punch a bag
Do pund some clay
Or some dough
Do you round up friends
For a game of tag
And see how fast you go
Its great to be able to stop
When you've planned a thing that's wrong
And be able do something else instead
And think
This song
I can stop when I want to
Can stop when I wish
Can stop
Stop
Stop anytime
And what a good feeling
To feel like this
And know that the feeling is really mine
I know that there's something
Deep inside
That helps us become what we can
For a girl can be someday
A woman
And a boy can be someday
A man

If you've ever seen the movie 'What Dreams May Come' you'll understand:
Imagine when Bob went to heaven, his heaven looked exactly like his paintings, and now he spends his days in heaven, living in his beautiful paintings.
Love that!
Omg! Yes, great movie. So Bob Ross art.
I'm not crying, you're crying! lol. I hope this is the case.
I didn't watch it, but totally get it.
Great thought! If only....who knows! Just may be...
Lived in AZ all my life ,watched countless sunrises and sunsets, he captured that red sky so beautifully and effortlessly, I’m amazed...stunned even
I watched Mr. Ross for years. You never get tired of it! It's relaxing to see Bob paint. Missing him!
No acting. No script. Just Bob Ross!! He was the real deal!!
how could idiots give bob ross a thumbs down? I've completely lost hope in humanity.
They're jealous that they can't paint as good as him.
The thing that they don't realize is that it's not a competition.
Morgan Furrow "I don't want to live on this planet anymore"
It's the devil he beat out of the brush and then the devil's alternate youtube account
I was thinking the same... those 84 people... which I think are A.I trolls or just really really horrible entities of people... but if like to think that's impossible... but those people.if they are who left the thumbs down.... can go to hell and we don't have to worry about those shitty souls cuz this here is OUR World. Hehehe. Not the Order. Hehehe.
you're not the only one
I actually think that Bob Ross was the sweetest man in the world. Bob was a such a good soul. RIP Bob Ross ....from Fort Worth, Tx
watching him painting gave me more peace than going to my psychologist, i just found Bob Ross as i saw a lot of memes and now i cant stop watching it when i want to relax at work or when my son is sleep. thnks very much for this great show and paintings. Regards from Buenos Aires Argentina :)
I've been watching Ross since the 80's, this show is from 1986.
I never got much from psychology, myself.
I think people need more practical help. :)
I’m glad you found him! Such a gem. 💎
(づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ
When he said “God I thank you very much” bless him 🙏🏼😁
I just know he’s helping the Lord paint the beautiful skies I see through my day!
everyone knows, the world didnt start with a big bang, it started with a thin coat of titanium hwite.
Lmao so true
Genius
hwite
It’s liquid hwite. I’m sorry bro but if you’re going to copy someone else’s comment at least get it right.
FC Careta No no no. *Im* sorry bro. I don’t see where I “copied” someone else’s comment or asked for your input. 🤷🏻♀️❤️
Everytime I finish one of these episodes, I wonder how he did that in just 30 minutes... xD
i got a bob ross calendar for my birthday a week ago.
Mark DiChiara congrats
He has reference in every episode
Anton1699 I KNOW RIIGHTT
@@angeladeleon193 he paint the same painting before the show, and then during the show make a copy faster already knowing what to paint
“You don’t ever want to bring this dark color back into the sun” why does this sound so poetic! I love bob
“I’m sure there’s a proper name for these clouds, but I like to call them stringy clouds”
Me too Bob, me too
Am I the only one who thought he didn't put the canvas up before he said he painted it black
Me
Me, too.
Liberty Belle no I did to
That rock formation...as he began it, I was thinking, "Bob, you've really done it this time." Then, suddenly, that rock was done and it looked great!
The good ones leave us always to soon. What a marvelous human being Bob Ross was, one of my favorite Americans of all times. The US, in fact the whole world needs more BOB ROSS these days.
Who the hell is disliking bob Ross
I just wanna talk
Pixel Kitten 520 miserable human beings. I can’t even fathom a reason you would dislike something like this.
I don't understand it either. The warmth of his personality and the passion for painting shines brighter than the sun in every single episode. Some people just hate everything good in the world.
The devils that he beat out of the brushes lol
If talking includes hitting then I'm in
Your Favorite Hippie, I think you might be on to something
So relaxing. Life seems easy when bob ross is talking
21:18 this is why I love listening to Bob Ross while he paints ♥️
Bob Ross is the BEST painter ever. I've never seen anyone to this day paint like bob Ross. Love his paintings.
I was 14 when Bob passed away. I’m 37 now and still watch his show just as much now as I did then, if not more.
#Truth I grew up watching with my mom, now we live in a Bob Ross painting. AKA New Hampshire
i'm from New Mexico and now when i look at the mountains i'm going to think of Bob Ross. man i wish i could paint like that. i love his work.
You can paint like this. All you need is time and practice.
Bro, I learned watching his shows from the early 80's, it's easy, only thing is paint and equipment can be expensive, but boy is it worth every penny. You learn as you go, I though he was crazy when he mentions on shows, there's no mistakes, just happy accidents, he was right.
my family lives there and I visit a lot, I can say there is nothing more beautiful
then watching a sunset on the Colorado plateau, like in Moab Utah.
We could find world peace if everyone started their day with an episode of the Joy of Painting.
This is one of my most favorite paintings he's ever done. I was fortunate enough to see this in person (along with three other beauties) while in the DePaul Art Museum. There's nothing like seeing this in person ❤️❤️❤️
“When an artist dies he paint the sky one more time “ Rest easy bob 😞
I've never once, saw a Bob Ross painting
That didn't completely amaze me. What a
Talented man. Rip Bob.
i love him so much. he encourages me to draw even if sometimes i have bad days.. rest in peace my favorite artist and person i wish i could meet you.. well maybe one day i will... ❤
I hope you will!
He died in 1995
Hon Don Lmao that isn’t what he meant
the sun makes it look like a Star Wars planet and it's so pretty
When Bob says "let's have some fun" he means BUSINESS
About to paint some magic
This is one of my favorite works by Bob Ross. What a man.
Rest in piece, Bob.
May I always only make happy accidents,
And beat the devil out of my life.
Best of wishes my dear friend.
*Amen*
*peace*
I've loved Bob's painting since it was on TV in the 1970's. When I felt like shit, I could watch Bob and he would calm me down and just make me feel better about my life and the world... Thank you from the bottom of my heart Bob....
only painted one line.
*Mastered the art of brush cleaning*
Bob: *Smiles and laughs*
Me: *Smiles and heart melts*
yes. hehe. it really is so
Bob is the key to chill in life
This has to be one of my favorites that Bob has done.
Haha
Bob: be gentle, we don't wanna set the sky on fire
Also Bob : calmly sets the entire sky on fire🔥😲
Best part is when he asks us to be brave in any of the videos there is that one moment, sometimes I forget to breathe for a few moments. Pretty deep metaphor for life's challenges.
I'm glad this guy didnt have to go through what's going on today..
that's so trueee
So instead he went through the military?
I am sure he would see the bright side and love in any dark time. Gotta have your lights and darks.
Sara Lee-Segat well arent u a pessimistic fucker
rebel 777 so very true. These silly little ones today could use a happy little accident upside the head...
I've tried this painting bc I love it but it didn't come out as kick ass as his...it's ok not gonna give up I'm gonna try again..I think Bob would like that :)
I just finished.mine last night..it came out pretty cool ..I don't know why I can't upload a pic to the comment section here..I was hoping to get a lil constructive criticism lol ')
He would
@@vicko1978 just post it on imgur and give us a link here
I’m glad there are no negative comments on this. It is too wholesome for them :3
The world needs another Bob Ross...... God bless you Bob.... you are truly missed.
"says he will do his best to make a cactus"
*paints an amazing cactus*
BOB CAN NEVER DO WRONG ❤
May this great man rest in peace
Wow, the colours here are absolutely dreamy! 😲
Cursed to see a verified youtube channel with only 6 likes
Come back Bob. This world needs you badly! And bring Mr. Rogers with you!
I looked away for two seconds, I swear, and now there's a majestic painting on my screen.
How
When I was young, I had a paper route. After delivering papers on weekend mornings, I would watch Bob Ross on tv. This reminds me of my childhood. ❤
“I hope you wore your sunglasses today because this is gonna be a bright painting.”
Me: You got it Bob. 😎
he’s so pure 🥺
ruel thing “This cactus has three arms, it’d be hard to make a sweater for him” WHY DID THIS MAN HAVE TO DIE
Oh no I didn’t wear sunglasses and went blind-
4:20
lmao
