I always watched his painting programs. That was 1988-1994. And when I found out the following year watching the re-runs just wasn't the same because he passed away.

When i was a little kid, i went to this camp and in the mornings the way the sunlight reflected off the trees looked just like how he painted the trees here. Amazing skill.

I have a number of paintings I have watched Bob paint. They are the ones I intend to paint. Once I am happy with my own results on those practice paintings, then I will do my first real serious one. It will have to have a running stream, a happy little cottage and possibly autumn type trees, all in one painting. I watch Bob to seriously become motivated. I love his calm voice.
