This has been my question as well. The CL interior contains less detail than the ES due to the cargo bay taking up most of the space. I agree that it should have been first.
@@shadow_specter11 The explorer is first because of Pyro. They made the “Zeus team” tackle that one to get ready for longer jumps that require more qt fuel. If they worked on the CL first then the Explorer wouldn’t be ready for 4.0. They probably don’t have the resources to split the teams up in a way that can work on both (or all 3) at the same time, especially with the new interior design mandates and such so I’m thinking they want to perfect this one first and then jump to the next one. I played probably a week in two years before I purchased the CL, a few days after I purchased it, and played the full cycle of .23. I ’m kind of having buyers remorse and might melt CL. But let’s see how the cargo loop plays. I doubt that it’s any fun.
If you expected it to be here before IAE, you were lying to yourself. Just look at the Spirit class of last year. It was introduced about the same time of the year. It's first variant came out before this time, but the Zeus has way more to it size wise and internals.
You know my feelings about it. The CL should drop first, with either the cargo patch. Or when 4.0 drops. We don't have explorer game loop yet. The Carrack needs lots of work first for exploring
I am guessing you really like the CL. But in reality there are so many cargo ships and ground vehicles that we do not need another at the moment. We have other unannounced secret ship along with reworks along with the Polaris and 4.9 and server meshing.... There are bigger things coming then just another cargo ship. If you are tired of waiting for your ship to come out. Try waiting 6 years for the Polaris.

We did wait for the Spirit for a whole year. And it was worth the wait.

True, but with Pyro there will be tons to explore, but you are correct. Just need markers to work so you can sell the location.
Carrack rework within 3 yrs i would expect, not really a priority as they'll be a better, newer choice.
