Not really: - Fractal backpack is relatively easy, since you slowly ramp up and make money to cover any costs. - Starter Pack Legendary Weapons give over half the needed resources. - Dragon Champion Regalia: half the achievements is doing the story of LWS2-5, other quater is gathering some resources and the final quater is the only tricky part.

Probably the quickest legendary weapon to craft if you have plenty of gold, as the map completion requirement is minimal, and can be skipped.
And if you have played the expansion a decent amount you probably already have a lot of the materials.
I'll buy it from TP. Once its around 2k gold.
