- This is how I get ready and do my makeup for work as a dental hygienist. Usually, my face is OKAY after wearing the mask all day - it's not great - but it's not bad! So I'll take it as a win that this morning routine has been working for me!

LOL so I'm super lucky to start late (I usually start work at noon)! but if I ever have to start early... it's rare and I'm miserable and I don't do yoga but I do everything else but really really fast and not enjoyable hahaha
I learned a similar eyelash trick from Emily Noel and it does work! Also, I'm totally going to make avocado toast with scrambled eggs this weekend (was that ham???).
I just looked her up in HOPES that was the UA-camr that taught me but it's someone else! one day I'll find her! and yessss I LOVE adding ham :) :) thank you for watching!

.. change what you eat and getting plenty of rest.. look in to Keto or Carnivore along with Intermittent Fasting.. the dark circles can improve.. i used to have them..

What other flavors of toothpaste have you used besides traditional mint? I now use a Colgate watermelon burst flavor because I got tired of mint.

whitney, i love your videos for real!! such an inspiration to me and many others. can any dental hygienist/student help me? am i wrong for getting a bachelors in public health before apply to dental hygiene school? am i my wasting time? any comment is appreciated
The answer is yes, unless you plan to work outside of a clinical setting. Sorry Whitney, if I jumped in. I'm a RDH with 35 years in practice. I have a BS in dental hygiene and even that isn't necessary unless you think you'd like to teach (which I did briefly at a community college- hated it) or find a job outside of dentistry (in which case a public health degree is much more useful than a BSDH)

It takes me an hour to brush and floss my teeth literally an hour! I realize you didn't brush and floss your teeth after eating breakfast
Same because I have a permanent retainer on my bottom and top teeth! It makes it such a hassle to floss, so I only do it at night.
