Excellent! Love this system. Was a game changer for someone who has never stuck with exercise because it took too long, too many factors, and results took even longer. 2.5 years in now with this system. Arguably best shape of my life at 43 🤘🏻
Ive been using this for about 2 months this with proper diet and i also recommend other exercises ive lost about 8 pounds i went from 160 to 152 today still working more to loose about abother 4 to 6 pounds but this has helped me personally tremendously
I own the system. I think the main thing is to continue using it. My main issue is with the limited number of exercises available. My favorite is the bench press which I am moving up to higher resistance. Once I am doing with school, I plan to get more into this for personal health and exercise. BTW, but the bag for storage.
Other than the female host appearing drunk/high this was a great demo. At 58 I've lost fat and gained more muscle than I've ever had using X3 and that's after having lifted weights for 30 years. It does make perfect sense. There's no way you can deal with those kinds of forces using weights or weight machines so the body adapts.
People don’t understand nor take it seriously. I can see your increasing frustration w them. I’ve experienced the same flat response to my 4 years of enthusiasm. There is a way thru less complication. People don’t like complication
I'm 62 Years Young and have been using X3 for 18 months. I'm up 13 lbs in muscle weight. This system is amazing.
57 years old - lifetime lifter and I put on 20lbs of quality mass in 6 months using this system with no joint pain.

I use an arm blaster with my X3 when doing biceps curls, takes it to another level also.

Well done Doc !! Nice job !!
Stronger vs weaker range - hosts likely not fully understanding.
Wish the anchors weren't so dumb, but nice segment anyhow.
Rock on Doc!
