Looks like he's becoming more frail. I bet he will lose a lot of strength on his lifts once his body fat gets way too low. Also being at 5% body fat long term is very dangerous for your health. It's not in healthy range for body fat at all. If Mike plans to get that lean. Mike would be smart just to stay at 12% body fat year around for longevity. Being at 12% body fat is plenty lean enough anything lower than that is body dysmorphia. Which is a severe mental illness of some sort.

That can either be him eating wayyy under his maintenance calories or burning so many calories through working out that he still under maintenance calories.

Man looks 10X better shredded and cut than on the bulk with a round moonface an a bloated body. Stay shredded man looks healthier and more defined. Dieting down sucks some time but the body acclimates it gets used to it after a while and the mood stabilizeson a lower cal intake. Worth it at the end of the day.

Listen guys listen to your body , learn from it. All you need is to lock in your sleep , strict and nutritious diet, HiT at the gym with cardio and of course ample supplies of TEST,HGH,Tren,mast,D-Bol and a touch of anavar.
