Can you do a week in review ? I’m curious how your progression is and if it’s worth it over the standard X3 ? Also do you do this after a traditional workout or just solely this ? Thanks
Ok for the sake of minimalism and even frugality...couldn't one approximate iso chain holds with the X3...i have no experience with either. Thanks brother.
You could buy 2 digital hanging scales for $50-60 total and attach one to each end of the bar to get a readout for a lot less money. The extra length would be both a plus and a minus. Minus for curls where there is less tension on the bands at the start, but a plus for squats, shoulder press etc as it makes getting into position easier. Also, I think Mike from hybrid resistance has had some electronic issues with the X3 force bar and no longer uses it.
Big Stevie Cool being awesome as always.

As far as I know, the only way to measure that would be with the X3 Force Bar.
Great review, thank you Stevie.
