I don’t know about other people but I have lots of sweat after Eleni’s most exercises, which is exactly I want. I found her moves are easy to follow and bring my body gradually to sweat. Loved it!❤❤❤

These are great dumbells. I've been using them for about 6 months. The weight changing mechanism works perfectly. The dumbells are solid and not loose. So far so good.

Great compound movements & ranges of motion for maximum effort & endurance, building muscle strength, balance & endurance. And great music as always too. Thirty minutes of cardio and weight resistance combined is something I’m very familiar with but haven’t done it in a long time for that long of a time frame. Turns out I underestimated myself, it’s a challenge, big challenge, it got my heart rate up to 150 but I did it and felt good doing it. You really have helped to strengthen me in so many ways Eleni ❤ thank you so very much.
