    I don’t know about other people but I have lots of sweat after Eleni’s most exercises, which is exactly I want. I found her moves are easy to follow and bring my body gradually to sweat. Loved it!❤❤❤

    hi eleni i just want to say how much i love your workouts. you've helped me become so, so strong it's actually insane. my first video of yours was your "30 Min NON STOP STANDING CARDIO ABS Workout", that had already opened up my eyes to my fitness abilities but since switching over to your weighted workouts they have helped me maintain a healthy weight whilst gaining muscle. i can't thank you enough girl seriously !!

    These are great dumbells. I've been using them for about 6 months. The weight changing mechanism works perfectly. The dumbells are solid and not loose. So far so good.

    You did it again, Eleni! Thank you for this. Such an excellent workout WITH WEIGHTS. THIS WAS AWESOME! Great compound movements & ranges of motion for maximum effort & endurance, building muscle strength, balance & endurance. And great music as always too. I am guessing my muscles may be sore tomorrow. I hope so bc that always means I worked as hard as possible. I'll be looking for more like this on this channel. And I'll be coming back to this one too. Thanks again for all your great work. AND thank you for including warm-ups and cool downs---I've been forgetting to thank you. I really appreciate this about your workouts too!

    I won’t lie, I’ve seen this video for quite some time now in my library but I was a little afraid to try it. Thirty minutes of cardio and weight resistance combined is something I’m very familiar with but haven’t done it in a long time for that long of a time frame. Turns out I underestimated myself, it’s a challenge, big challenge, it got my heart rate up to 150 but I did it and felt good doing it. You really have helped to strengthen me in so many ways Eleni ❤ thank you so very much.

    This is my favorite workout right now. I’ve done it so many times. Perfect mix of cardio and strength and I burn the same amount of calories as I do in an intense Peloton ride. Thank you for creating this content! Love your videos. ❤

    Today was a big day with you Eleni. I started with this weight resistance video then on to your newest 5000 steps video, threw in two of your 10 minute jumping videos which I did on my rebounder.     This workout gave me great strength training and great cardio at the same time. Thank you very much 🙏🏻. I used 2 kg and 3 kg dumbbells, as I am still not strong enough to handle 4 kg dumbbells while doing compound movements in correct form.
