Glad it helped! A new one for Hoop coming soon!!
i just got my hammock at home, and have been watching and following all your videos to help me get started!!
That's super exciting Anya! Not sure if you have trained with an experienced teacher before, I wouldnt recommend it to try on your own but I am noticing some might not have an aerial studio in your aerial. With this in mind I am going to make a video soon with basic safety tips for those who are starting on their own. Hope you stay safe in your practice =)
Really love your videos! Are helping a lot, included the 12 week program! I can do my first hook already 🤣, working on this tomorrow!
Wow! That is amazing Eri. The 12 week program helped us to get our lazy ass to be serious about putting in the work too! Can't wait to start again next friday (even though I also wish we can just be lazy haha)...
I wish I could say this was helpful because it seems really great, but it was very hard for me to understand. More detailed instruction might help. I’m going to keep trying, maybe one day I’ll get it
ellpaca hip lock is not easy at the beginning. But once you get it you will always have it!
Thank you:)
No problem 😊
Fun drills. Thank you
Glad to hear that you are like Cindy! More flows and drills are on its way =)

You're welcome!
I DID IT! Thank you so much!
Yeah! So happy for you. What a nice share!
❤️❤️❤️
Woooo! That was fun! Or funny! I almost did it! Haha!
hahaha next time you can do it! It will happen if you keep trying!
LOVE IT !!!
Glad you like it! Kyle

Nossa muito bom

Im having difficulty pulling the fabric up my leg just before leaning in
:( any tips?
Conditioning!!! I am reworking on my hip lock too after doing the 10 DAYS workout challenge. I feel much more control now that my legs are stronger. Give those exercises a try!
I find it helpful to think about pushing the toes of my hooked leg toward the ground when I’m straightening the leg. It’s much harder to straighten the leg first and then push down because the fabric doesn’t slide up as easily.
Thanks Sophia!
I wasnt sure before but I think now i know it is YOUUUUU ! Thank you for watching and following =)
It dosint work it was horabbl
It took me 6 months to get this too! Great things take time but you'll always get there if you keep going =)
I am to fat for this and I am 9. 9!!
no one is too fat. I have seen plus size girls rocking in aerials.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks Kiki! How are you doing?
I just started with my hammock, and your videos are the best! Thank you so much!
Happy to help! Practice safe! Let me know if there is anything else you want to see.
Any tips for keeping still while having legs sideways before you do a hiplock? Whenever I get into position I always spin everywhere 😩 can’t hold still enough to turn properly
Sounds like you are using a single point to hang your hammock. Do you use a swivel? it is indeed challenging when it starts spinning.
Thank you so much 😊
Glad you like it!
