Hi Mary! I get lost so much at the beginner when things go left and right. Especially we will always have a good side and a bad side, and we will try to avoid our bad side (at least i do). Practicing this way I can make myself do both sides hahah no matter how bad it has to start something so hopefully one day i wont remember which is good and bad

I have been watching lots of Ariel hammock vids and I’m thinking of getting one for my bday . I do dance so it’s not just going blind into it but I’m still nervous cos I don’t have much room in my house x
It took me a while to get rid of all my junk before I got a space that is spacious enough. I was also nervous because i don't have a high ceiling as I hope. But I am happy I still can practice what I can, to prepare when I have a big proper space to advance. Don't be nervous! Just be safe Elisha! Aerial is dangerous!
this is very nice i am a begginer in this, saw your vid and like it a lot a follow, but I will like to know the names of the positions, you can add them in the video so we can get that knowledge for reference.

Ik woon ook in Nederland haha! Do you cover your hip up with clothes? It might be painful at the beginning but this slowly goes away with better technique and a stronger body. Strengthen is not what people usually want to hear but it is really the way to train your body up like a super woman
You can join us with our current Aerial Abs challenge (6 workouts) or the 10 days workout challenge (10 workouts) . You will notice a difference after you strength your body!

Ceiling height is an issue but there is so much you can do. We just need to be creative.
