I see you have a stack of pallets there. You should try to put a few of the mower decks on them to keep them off the soil so you will have less chance of them rotting so quickly!
You're what I'd consider an ethical seller which is becoming a rare thing these days. I've bought many rims for ag equipment in my life and unless the tires on them are brand new l always factor in the price of either a new tire or tube, 50.00 for decent rims alone is more than a fair price.
I’m disappointed that you didn’t stick to it and restore that machine completely. With the issues that one has I would have sold it for $300-400 and been happy to get ANY money out of it since I got it for free.

A simple switch adjusment will clear the handle prob.
