    I did this 4 times a day. And it helped remove the swelling on my right ankle. And it also helped my leg ulcers to heal quickly. Thank you so much for this exercise!

      If your leg ulcers are venous you need the underlying cause treated as they will most definitely return.

      @@CrimTube venous insufficiency (varicose veins) Varicose veins can sometimes be hidden which leads some to believe their symptoms are just poor circulation and that they do not have varicose veins, which is venous insufficiency anyway.
      85% of ulcers are venous, but some are arterial, or through Diabetes etc.

    Thank you so much sir. I do this every single morning. I don't know what was wrong with my legs but I could not bend my ankle as much as I did when I was younger. My range of motion was 50%. I started doing these everyday it's been 3 months now and I have full range of motion 100% stamina in my legs and feet.🙏🏿🙏🏿💛🌞

    The most important activity is a daily walk for older folk like me (age 78) with a post- stroke injury. Each day I visit my local shopping centre and with the aid of a large shopping trolley to lean on, I walk around the shopping centre. Then I go home. The two legs and feet are in reality two Pumps that make my blood in the legs gush through various veigns. This was recommended to my partner years ago by her surgeon, after she had a knee scraped operation. Daily exercise not too vigorous is sufficient to keep it in good shape.

    I suffer from Varicose veins and once had an issue of DVT. I practice this along with other simple stretches and some basic yogasanas every day, but once.
    Your video validates what I am trying.
    I didn't know about patting the legs. I will include that as well. And I will do these moves twice a day.

      @@nikhilmine in my case yes. From my earlier doppler tests it was seen that the varicose veins problem had reduced quite a bit. As i was doing yoga and wearing compression stockings every single day since diagnosis, the doctor who was treating me had concluded that doing yoga has helped reduce varicose veins.
      Unfortunately I had given up yoga for more than 6 years due to a survey on one of my knees. In this period varicose veins have increased again. Now I am doing yoga again but with specific exercises for knee pain, varicose veins, apart from stretches and I have continued wearing stockings without exception on every day from the time I get up till I go to bed...

    tq ver much, Mr Austin..i have diabetes..my right 3rd toe have been amputated. My legs always cold like ice..I"m afraid, I dont want to been amputate again..this is my first time to watch you and I have try this exercise ..following u till the end, then my legs get warm and i feel like the blood circulate well..tq so much mr austin..i not good in english..i hope u will understand what I`m trying to tell u..i hope you will teach us a simple diet , its easy to follow and in 3 min..i can repeat it how many i want..it will be nice if you have an exercise suitable for diabetec patient..tq so much.May good bless u and your family.

    Unfortunately I'm suffering from ulcer in the ankle area which is healing slowly due to claudication so it is twice as painful in the area. Putting weight in my foot is excruciating esp in the morning. But I'll try this exercise as much as I can and see. Tq.

    I’m a hairdresser on my feet for 9-10 hours a day, so every now & then my legs feel tight/numb.

      My cardiologist recommended DR. MOTION brand on Amazon. I was disappointed that they came only in a three pack. But since I hand wash them and hang them on a small outside clothesline I’m gald I have 3 pair. They are well made, fit perfectly, I’ve had them a few months and haven’t worn the third pair. I believe they will last several years. I KNOW that they work well and have reduced my varicose veins.

    I have very cold hands and feet. My doctor says it is not Raynauds. Even in moderate weather 60 degrees F my ankles and wrists ache because hands and feet are freezing cold. Feels like I'm standing barefoot in the snow. Any solutions?

      @@divinetiming1005 I don't drink coffee or tea. I'm not sure if I have arthritis. I suppose I could try to ask my doctor to run some tests. I don't have unusual joint pain, just getting older stiffness.

    Dear Sir! I have a question. I have varicose veins in legs for many years. The bulge and hurt. For several months I have been doing the "How to naturally reverse edema swelling in your legs". My legs feel a bit better.

      I used to get leg cramps in middle of night. Had to get up and get in hot bath with epson salts. Terrible. Now, I just take magnesium supplements and no more leg cramps. Works for me.

      I found that I have a gluten allergy..... what an easy fix however after a few months, cramping left and so many other small items I’d been living with. Worth checking out if your cramps are consistently happening. Dr. Carolyn Dean has a 4th edition to her book on Magnesium that is fantastic as is a possible allergy to the gluten in wheat as it can flatten the villa in your intestines which makes the magnesium not able to be absorbed!       @@sergezeimet9706 thank you. Very kind. I've been a vegetarian and vegan for over 40 years, and my diet is very pure, organic, etc. most of the time. But after two back surgeries I've had above mentioned problems. I will try eating more magnesium, thank you.

    Amazing I just did this for the first time and I can feel a difference I'm going to do it daily and hopefuly be able to walk properly again. I have lost a lot of muscle in my legs due to not being mobile my legs were feeling very heavy and horrible finding it hard to stand up my knees are really painfull too. Thank you for sharing.

    Great exercise! I’m stuck inside - cold weather - but need to improve circulation for my neuropathy which is doing so much better! This workout felt great and you have nice legs also! 😊
