This is really what I was going through thanks for telling but also can you tell if you favour intermittent fasting?
I know I'm not the creator, but I do struggle with binge eating/restricting. I can tell you from my experience that if you struggle with overeating, Intermittent fasting (IF) likely won't help. I did try it for a while, but I found that it created a mentality of scarcity. Maybe diets aren't the answer? Maybe consistent meals and snacks with nutrient rich content is the idea 💡 🤔 but I'll let you know how it works out for me, I'm on day 1 of not doing a diet
Yes! Agree with the comment above! If you are in a binge restrict cycle, IF will most likely exacerbate this. Causing you too feel more hungry and also ignore your own cues most times.

Tips
1:add more fiber and protein
Ex:outs,banana,egg,chicken
2.have a regular eating patterns
The hungrier you get the more full you are likely to be
3.eat slowly and undistractively
