I was so stressed because all those "eat whatever and lose weight" videos were about intermittent fasting which my dear mother will not allow me plus I've never starved myself so I can't as well😂. This video is so nice. I will definitely stick to what you said❤❤

Same ate, I also stopped dieting since I realized that if I restrict myself from the 'unhealthy' foods towards the end of my dieting I only binge eat those foods that will lead me to gain all the weight. Now, I try to eat the foods I eat with portion control. Ngayon natatawa na lang ako if makita ko yung abs ko sa morning pero pagtapos ng buong araw na nag di-disppear na siya HAHAHAH.
I know in usa due to food ingredients that’s legal there that is illegal in African and European countries many people in usa worry about what they eat a lot due to Ingredients so I get where people come from out there and that’s stressful to watch what you eat while maintaining being in shape.
So glad I found you in social media. I enjoy watching your videos, they are very informative and much more in line with what I’m striving for when it comes to my relationship with food! I’ve been wanting to lose some fat but I cannot do calorie tracking again, so it’s good to be reminded that I do not have to do that. Thank you Jo!
