In my mind his channel is close to dead. Very little content, very little good content in last few years. Not sure why. Great space for real estate video. I just remember Enes Yilzmer starting about 2 years ago and thinking maybe he'll be as good as Eric...
It’s because Erik started (and just finished) acting school. See my comment on this video so he has been busy with other things going on in his life. I LOVe Enes’s videos by the way.
Yeah, I liked his content more when he was vlogging about his daily life in NYC. I lost interest when he started focusing more on real estate. It's not anything I'm interested in, but I wish him well and check in every so often to see how he's doing.

I started following before the real estate coverage when Erik was on a surf boat with Jon Olsson. I personally liked that content better.
