Funnily enough, they could even do what 343i did with Halo CE and Halo 2 Anniversary, since Stubbs also runs the same original engine. We need games like this so much right now. I don't know why there aren't more small studios doing these kind of projects. Now I swear its even easier to make games like this. We don't need freakin realistic graphics. I swear if some studio has the balls to make games like Deus Ex from 2000 or stuff like Undying or anything with those kind of graphics tho. Like the old graphics from early 2000's, use that now. You can still do it with charm and artistry, still will be better than minecraft lol. But since there will be fast renders and you won't have to fill the environment with so much stuff so you can build cool levels much much quicker. Then you can focus on really amazing gameplay, and maybe a huge gigantic world that actually makes sense and has polish. With many many many mechanics built into the game. That game would be praised I guarantee you.

My point is that is there any chance Xbox is missing some features of PS2 version like many "multiplats" did back then when they were primarily developed for the leading platform and that being the PS2.
Where can I find that black and white video with the duck guy and the mummy? That you showed
This game looks beautiful! I would love to see more games with fun and unique art styles instead of the usual ultra realism approach. This made me want a new Fable game for some reason.
Well lucky you there IS a new Fable game on the way!
I’d love to see DF compare more OG Xbox titles with their backward compatible upscale versions on XSX. Specifically, Conker’s Bad Fur Day and Panzer Dragoon Orta which look AMAZING on XSX.
While the mission design has dated i can't deny how fun it still is and as remakes go its pretty amazing as it looks fantastic, had a great time playing it back in 2005 and i'm now having a great time with it in 2020 so it goes to show the strength of how fun the core ideas are.
I hope they do a good remake of Stubs the zombie as well.
It could really use one, it looks like a bad Unity game by today's standards
Funnily enough, they could even do what 343i did with Halo CE and Halo 2 Anniversary, since Stubbs also runs the same original engine. Keep the Blam! engine running the original game underneath, and use another engine (like Saber3D) for the updated graphics, and have the ability to switch between them.
Thanks for the vid! Love this game. Theres a couple of mislabels, like from 9:01.
By the way, even though its an older game, I'd love to see the channels thoughts on Generation Zero. Boy that PS4 Original build is ROUGH.
This was super interesting, I completely forgot pandemic made this and hindsight it shows, the destruction and production values is very similar to their other gem: Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. However, I dont think Mercenaries needs remake/reboot as its clear that its design has influenced the Just Cause destruction.
DAH! was one of my all time favorites, and I was so excited, but also a little scared when the remake was announced. After beating the remake twice now, I can safely say this remake is absolutely amazing and is easily the best in the franchise! I hope this sells well and THQ Nordic give this franchise another chance moving forward.
THQ Nordic makes the old master piece great again!
This is the only one Publisher that i can invest my money without problems in the release days.
It's not overpriced, need no day one Patches and it works perfectly smooth without technical problems.
I play the Games at three mounths before the release and this is in my opionion the best Beta tests that i can play without noticeable bugs compare to the unplayable Games from EA, Acitivision and Ubisoft.
I support THQ Nordic so good as i can and i can tell you the Games like Spongebob, Destroy all Humans and Biomutant (Test it already over 16 Hours) are the Money absolutly worth.
Really nice art and lighting, Rtx when
5:27 the 2005 version actually looks better hhh
@@XZ-III ok technically the textures are better on the new version obviously, but when you simply look at the scene the old version just looks better in my opinion
@@XZ-III Because all the subtly of the humour is lost when everyone walking around is a literal caricature
One of my favourite games of this year, it was perfect, exactly what it wanted to be.
Xbox one x BC is rly something else ❤️
That game would be praised I guarantee you.
the game looks so neon and vibrant
That would be Richard Nickson not JFK
*Nixon
@@StarFissure yes that, been a busy day for me, took ownership of one of my dream cars so my head has been scrambled lol
Hope we get the sequel remade. Had a great time with this one.
All those limits really made games better. All that extra power just bloated games a lot without improving them.
Nice upgrade. The visuals look compelling enough, but is the game any fun?
More remasters would be welcome.
I would get this for the switch in a heartbeat, 30fps and all.
Same
Gross
I wouldn't be surprised if it's in the works may take a little hit in terms of graphics but id pick it up as well
Now I need a Stubbs The Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse remake.... That game is even crazier.
Crazy? Yes. Good enough for a remake? Debatable.
@@r3v0lv3rz Maybe if they expand it and add some more features (making a horde of zombies from the NPCs to fight for you is to good to be forgotten).
Full Spectrum Warrior review please! Also: AA renaissance? I can only dream.
Not gonna lie, this game looks beautiful.
Just beat it, waiting the remake of the second one.
Is sad that a game sooo good as Destroy all humans must be sponsored to gain a spotlight at the same time that cash grab AAA games with tons of paywalls and microtransactions continue to gain more and more attention from video game media. Don't ask me why gaming has decline so much . I just told you.
I honestly did not remember what the hell was that alien game where you can disguise as a human I played a lot as a kid until this remake released. Looks amazing
I'm happy with the work of THQ Nordic. Darksuders, Red Faction and Destroy All Humans all deserve more attention.
Having a Fallout cameo would be so awesome.
I loved the remake overall, just missed the old control scheme but being able to use all of your abilities at once makes up for it.
god damn the comments are bad on this one
great video as always, though
15:40 Could it be finally time for a MDK1 remake ?
Nah mdk2 was far better
That's how a remake should be made. I'd love to see Destroy All Humans 2 and Mercenaries recieve a similar treatment.
So glad you guys covered this game!! This was my childhood!!
I'd love an X-Men Legends remake that's similar to this. Hopefully when the MCU starts it's own X-Men film series there will be renewed interest in the brand
Now that's what I call a close encounter.
Would love some ape escape remakes
why did you drop the 4k on a budget segment? it was my favorite one, plz do it again
