I love dbd, i just wish bhvr would stop making the same mistake, to them they are still the indie company that could, but no they aren't, dbd even after nearly 10 years on the market is still a bug filled unbalance mess of a game that only seems to thrive on getting ips, also lets be real the game should be f2p at this point its already set up like a free to play game, just drop the pretense and make it free for everyone.
I didn't know Behaviour made Naughty Bear, that's kinda hilarious that's where the idea for DbD started. Also, still sad Evolve failed, that game was actually sick as hell when it first launched.
The fact he mentioned a bunch of similar games and how they last only a few months but didn't mention the Friday the 13th game is crazy. If you still play that game your a real one
I didn't add it because I felt like just talking about a couple games briefly would get the point across but looking back now you're 100% right, it would've at least been a much better fit than either of the other 2. Gosh darn it lol
Wait, DBD was made by the same guys who made naughty bear?? 🤨I remember watching Pewdiepies playthrough of naughty bear back in the day, but I didnt realise it was made by the DBD devs.
I think you missed some elements of the games plot for naughty bear The one reason why the other bears hate naughty is because they think he's just in the way of there perfect society and island and is why the other bears hate him and don't like him and even try to kill him several times This is all from Early demo and promotional material But sadly only some of this storyline made it in into the final game
I was familar with Behaviour (NitroRad had to remind me of their name change from A2M...,) so it's a surprise they blew up. Ups and downs, they had a huge part in mine and likely others childhood. While Naughty Bear was a precursor to DBD in a way, would be awesome to see them add other characters from their original IPs. I think Jersey Devil is the only other one they own?? Fuck it, give us Taz as a killer. Bugs Bunny Time Busters needs more love. Lol
Quite interesting the story of Behaviour Interactive, I personally loved some of their games when they were knowed as: Artificial Mind and Movement such as the first Naughty Bear (or "Bearhunt" that I like to call it) and the game Wet (or "Quentin Tarantino: The Game" that also I like to call it 😂). But after the 2010 I lost the track on them, at first I thought that they shutdown or something, it wasn't like years later I discovered that they just rebranded the company and just changed the name. 😂
You should've mentioned at 3:50 that the main reason violent videogames were on everyones minds was the Columbine shooting. As is typical human fashion, they tried to find something else to blame for the shooting. Violent video games was the main target.
Here before this blows up

The amount of cheaters there would be, is propably the reason they haven't gone f2p
Ahh make it free so cheaters can interfere in fun

Extreme Greed can kill any game, and Evolve end up being an example on how NOT to monetize their game before and during launch time.

i wasn’t so into this style of game, but I did get to try it out with Friday the 13th
I'd personally love it if they made a Naughty Bear remake or even a new game with the IP
Or atleast a rerelease
Bro talked about filler more than Naughty Bear which is why I even clicked on this video in the first place.
And instead of clicking dislike, you came here and gave the video more engagement.
Don't give tips on how to fuck the dudes channel up 😂 @@chickengasmachine

Well, the perfect bears acting mean toward naughty bear at the beginning does at least give you an idea how they act. So much for being "Perfect"
I WAS GIVEN THIS WHEN I WAS 5 YEAR OLD
The fact they shut Deathgarden down is still so stupid. Didn't even try to let it garner more players.
meet your maker missed the point so hard
i was exited for it, but all the cool stuff you thought it was, wasnt, it was shit.
And they can’t do a role reversal mode? Like one or two survivors and everyone else is a bug monster.
Jersey Devil and Naughty Bear are the same people? 😮 Both random games ive played

evolve came to early I miss that game.
remi racine kinda looks like dwight
Good video but please don’t use AI generated videos/graphics, they don’t look good and steal from actual artists.
This editing is great, you definitely deserve more views as well as subs, the quality is good
thank you so much 🙏
imagine if nintendo bought sega
Fantastic retrospective, well researched and edited
Thanks Daddy... uhh Ayo??
I think it would be funny if they made a naughty bear dlc for dbd
The Trapper has a Naughty Bear Skin as DLC.
I remember Naughty Bear
You spend way to long talking about unnecessary filler BS.
Gotta read Wikipedia for time
