I have a video request,how should we create our own yoga sequence focussing on all aspects i.e strength,stamina, stability and flexibility.
Hmmm good request. Let me think about it as yoga is a very individualize practice and every person's needs are different. But I might be able to put some general guidelines. Please be patient, as it will take some time.
My legs slip from behind my triceps. I forgot a key information i told by a yoga instructor regarding knee placement. I have tried putting them on the inner and outer arm and still experience slipping. Would you have a solution or pointer for knee placement? Thank you again
Make sure you are not wearing slippery clothes, as I said in the video keep them close to your underarm. Try doing back and forth to make sure they are not slipping.
