For me my knees hurt my arms so much. What can i do? I have very long arms and legs. Sometimes it feels like i cant do certain poses because of that.

@@Livinleggings This is so encouraging! I'm almost 5'10 & think I heard you say taller people can find certain moves harder (damn physics! 😅) But if you can do them at 6', there's hope for a shortie like me! ☺️
When I try getting knees into triceps, I either lose grip (knee/arm tends to move to the side) or it’s painful. What else can I do to make crow easier/possible?
Think of squeezing the inner thighs towards each other! If crow is new to you, the back of the arm can feel sensitive until it’s got used to you practice. I have a crow pose tutorial under my tutorials playlist that breaks the pose down 👌🏼
