You can keep blocks in between the wall and your feet. Then you will be able to transition even more smoothly from wall, to block, to the ground.
I am a sixty-seven-year-old man having the problem of Hernia. Though it is inguinal and projected much it creates not many problems for me. I am normal in other ways. Can you suggest to me which asanas and pranayamas are best for me, especially for an effective reduction of this problem?
Mam I have pain in right hand from shoulder.i can do exercise to rotatemy hands but still pain there for more than 3 months
