- The plaintiff says the defendant got pregnant three months after they began dating and they got married, but it only lasted nine months. He claims his ex tries to deny visitation to his son, and he’s suing for the cost of a plane ticket, emotional distress, and defamation. The defendant and her husband claim the plaintiff is still in love with her. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

The Plaintiff is my cousin and I can most definitely say that he is a very good father. He has a little girl now & when I tell you that this man lives for his children. We do not live in the same town but, every time I receive a visit from him (very family oriented man) it is because he is either picking up or dropping his son off (2 hr drive). We did not grow up together, but he always makes sure that he visits when he comes this way, & calls every holiday & birthday. Awesome dude...+ he can throw down in the kitchen! :).

The plantiff admitted his family members informed her that he molested a child. As a parent, I would have been anxious about leaving my children. She did the right thing. If she didn't, the comment sections would be lit!

I can't stand a trifling "mother" using their children as pawns. It hurts the children most. He needs to get the court to establish a third-party handoff so he doesn't have to deal with her. She is jeopardizing her future relationship with her son. I know how hurtful this is because my mother gave my father a HARD time to see my brothers and I. Wouldn't let us outside when he came for us, and she would talk about him to us. He died when I was 16, and I resented my mother for all the time I didn't get to spend with him.
