And at 17 he was prolly being told he wasn’t needed or to stay away. Especially after that cop/bridge situation, her parents did NOT like him. For the mother to say she didn’t need help and daughter was in private school it was ALL from the grandparents. Not HER solely. Now she wants child support. He owes it but the way she spun this story is wild.

From the comments below, sounds like I was watching a totally different case! Everyone down there blaming the wife for embarrassing herself, feeling sorry for the kid 'n all that. Almost *none* of you paid any attention to the details of this case.
    1. The daughter and the wife have some kind of bond. They're joking and laughing with each other the entire time.
    2. Not once did either the mother nor the father say anything negative against each other, other than negative *facts.* Facts don't care about feelings.
    3. The wife was *not* nosy. Both the defendant *and* his wife own a business and the money comes out of that account for child support. Which means that she has *every* right to stand up and speak, not just on behalf of her husband, but on behalf of the business where the money is being garnished from.
The plaintiff made no sense, couldn't produce receipts when she made up her lies, and JM called her out on it. The case got pushed back to the child support court and that's that. Bro was doing the right thing. Mom was doing the right thing. Bro's wife was doing the right thing. And, most of all, *that child is happy!* You can see that on her face! *THAT* is a rare thing to see on shows like this, it's always the child being upset or hurt or something or other. *Nope!*
Both litigants are doing *something right* and you can tell by the look on their daughter's face. Point-blank.
