She doesn't, that's why she had to live with her in the first place 🤷🏽♀️ I'm on the defendant's side but her not handling business is why she had to depend on someone and it's a pattern, because she lived with someone else before that and sued them and won. So something she's doing, that's keeping her having to be dependent 🤔
It was something she agreed to before she moved in. It's called an agreement. She accepted those terms and conditions and if she didn't want to she should have not moved in. Straight logic.
@alonzosmith1085 true but she's suing for the illegal eviction. They did her wrong and now they will pay. She's a weird personality but still doesn't deserve to be looked down upon and illegally evicted ... geesh she already accepted their boosie terms 😮😢
I am so glad she won! And the lady was so salty for a little, so she couldn’t even look at her, kept looking at the paper, as if it was going to change the judgment
The plaintiff talks way too much. She tries to answer before judge completes the question. It's clear the defendant looks down on the plaintiff her niece didnt help her case at all. Cant help everybody tho
I wouldn’t recommend staying w/friends or family. However I stayed w/my best friend for 3 weeks while my new place was being renovated. We had no issues and we enjoyed each other’s company. I think the length of time plays a big role.
Living with someone else is hella hard! It's at or near the very top of the list of one of the hardest things to do in life. Oftentimes, folks living lifestyles clash which is what generally leads these arrangements down the wrong direction. I believe that's what happened here...
Folks want to get a roommate then act like to act as if they don’t have ☝️ if a person is paying for their space and u give them a key to come back and forth as they please u can not dictate to them when they are allowed in the premises! I lived with a nut 🥜 like that b4 and it ended up being like I was a prisoner and she was trying to be the warden!!! I hope the plaintiff continues to handle her business and get and keep her own space cause it’s bad enough when you must move into someone else’s space but it’s even worse when they look 👀 down on you!!
She drinks, but she takes care of her business.

The niece is doing too much
Way too much! Her entire testimony was so inauthentic and rehearsed.
The niece is on a high horse & Judge Mathis knocked her right off it. 😂😂
Prime example of why I don't stay with people
Exactly
I pray I NEVER HAVE TO
The end: 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Yesss baby, get her together 😂😂😂
Classy Lady! lol!
I was homeless and stayed with my friend. Oh boy we're not friends anymore to say the least.
That's probably the loudest I've heard the crowd in the 1st one 😂😂
Right. They were pulling for the plaintiff. 😂
But if she is paying rent, how she has to stay away from the home she is paying for.
That was my exact question. I will oblige the rent minus those days I’m not allowed to be there!

This is why I’ve always been hesitant to live with people or even have a roommate smh.
Don't do itttt !! People DONT RESPECT BOUNDARIES!! & IF u do put EVERRRRRRYTHING in writing ✍️
I don’t do work friends anything no going out no coming to my house no asking me for money. To many people have taken advantage of my kindness.
Aww I don’t like that for you, I feel the right co worker could come across your way not everyone is bad
They both look angry as hell walking in the courtroom.
Family or Friends..... Don't let anybody move in with you.
The plaintiff looks like Muriel Bowser (Mayor of DC) 🤭
The plaintiff has to slow down with drinking, because it's affecting her ability to keep a roof over her head

LOL you see her dance after she won...I LOVE HER LOL Good for her. Had me laughing the entire episode. The reason why I watch this show.

I love how Mathis shaded the niece! I lived for that part.

She's renting a room but has a man 🤔
