- The plaintiff dated the defendant, and they have an 8-year-old son together. She claims the defendant was physically abusive and cheated on her with a stripper, whom he got pregnant. She is suing her ex for an assault. The defendant insists he never assaulted the plaintiff, and in fact, he claims she attacked him. He’s countersuing for defamation and pain and suffering.

@@cynthynwillthat's not true. Unlike a criminal case, in a civil case it is both parties responsibility to prove their claim for damages. He proved his, she didn't. There was definitely more angst directed towards his initial testimony. It was only when the plaintiff straight up lied to the Judge claiming she handed in texts of the defendant trying to Holla at her that the judge realized the defendant was right about her lying and claiming things for absolutely no good reason. To include claiming he abuses his own mother who was sitting right there as his witness to the contrary.
