I made them and they are so delicious! I didn't even bother making the round shape, just cut them and they are so good. No idea why I was scared to make them before. Thank you!
Hi Natasha! I dont know if you are ever going to read this, but I've started watching your videos a few days ago, and I really love your content, especially because I am a beginner and I want to start cooking myself😊 I am just beginning to learn and I really like your videos and your personality, you are so fun and I love the way you make your videos❤
Saw this video and thought..."there is no way it's that easy!" Followed your recipe exactly (except used all purpose flour and Einkorn for the wheat) and they came out absolutely AMAZING!!!! Thank you so much for giving me inspiration to learn something new!
So I just made those this afternoon. I was very careful with measuring, yet my dough didn’t look like yours. I worked in a little extra flour and crossed my fingers. They were still very loose, but I persevered and continued with the process to cut, rest then drop carefully into a cast iron skillet. They looked messy. I was so disappointed! I bake a lot, so I’m pretty comfortable with trying new recipes. We let them cool as you suggested, toasted in the oven and had them with some soup for dinner. The texture was spot on and the flavor was amazing! I can’t wait to try them again. Thank you so much!
I had the same concerns when I made mine yesterday. During the mixing, I added a couple tablespoons of flour.. yes and crossed my fingers. Mine also turned out great.. would like to get a little more nooks and crannies, might have to play with it a little, but good recipe. Nice to see a woman with a sense of humor.❤
Marmalade! Yes my mom turned me on to it when I was growing up and I’ve loved it ever since! It’s one of those things that makes me think of her when I taste it!
I told my husband yesterday that we should try making English muffins just yesterday and here you are! Thank you! I love marmalade. Making stuffed French toast with sweetened cream cheese and orange marmalade is the best.
Mmmmm! English muffins flying into my mind! They are truly delicious and mouthwatering. They are, in fact, better than the store bought. I typically eat breakfast sandwich with them. They are truly delectable even in Macdonald's. So versatile! English muffins are hard to kick away with, lol 😆. Hope your kids sustain their growth and prosperity. Natasha, you slay for real!!! 😂😂
Your husband is so cute! He looks at you like "my queen bakes, and I eats well"! I've only had a husband for about 18 months, but it's such a wonderful and different relationship than any I've had being single and looking. Best thing to happen in my life since Jesus! 😘💞💝
There are few things in life better than an English muffin..they make ANYTHING delicious and are wonderful by themselves..i bet yours are good..they look delicious and came out really nice I wanna try this, Thanks for the recipe❤
Hi Natasha.... Don't know if you ll read this comment but my love for baking is refound after so long... I tried your pizza recipe and pot pie recipe and oh my god.. My husband loved it❤you made me a star 🎉thankyou...for all great recipes, your channel is my go to.... ❤Keep going❤stay blessed ❤love from india❤
Always looks so easy when you do it. My baking efforts are pitiful. Yes have your book so need to try a recipe/instructions and make something. Thanks for the video.
Love how simple and easy to follow your recipes are... I've been watching you for a while, really enjoy how wholesome your channel is. Please post homemade alternatives to the takeaways we like
I always wanted to make English Muffins, but I thought it was too hard to make them! After watching this video, I am confident I can make it! Thank you Natasha❤
Watching during lunch at work again. 🤫 This time you have an audience. Quite a few coworkers watched with me, so you have some new fans. I knew you were going to deliver nooks and crannies. Those muffins looked so good! I just gotta have some. Too much to do this weekend but I will most definitely circle back to this recipe. I'm gonna be the muffin man! 😁
Hi Natasha!! I’m definitely gonna make these English Muffins since I love making homemade “Egg McMuffins”. Also, you asked us to give you video ideas and I was wondering about crockpot versions of both minestrone soup and bone broth. Even other crockpot meals would be fantastic since as a novice cook, I think the crockpot is probably the easiest to begin with since you literally just toss the ingredients into the crockpot turn it on and let it do its thing until ready. Many thanks for all you do!!😊
My son is in town and will not eat store bought English muffins because of the chemicals in them. That is why i am attemptingvto make them from scratch, to go with my Eggs Benedict with homemade Hollandise sauce.
I am so excited. I just got my own copy of your cookbook. It's amazing. I love it. My son already told me what he wants me to cook for him. Thanks again.
Looks great--love these are egg free! Going to try this with some plant-based milk and butter as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks so much for sharing
You’re very welcome! Let us know how they turn out. I would love it if you could leave feedback in the comments on the recipe blog so that other viewers can follow the same substitutions if it works for you.
Definitely trying this. There is only one brand of English muffins that I love. And they are always sold out. Really don't like any others as they're always hard. Thanks for this recipe, I've been watching you for years and have tried many of your recipes.
Hey, Natasha! I've followed your recipes via your website for a long time then decided to subscribe to your YT channel because of your enthusiasm for all you provide. However . . . this video makes me slow it down to 75% so I can follow you.

It has been a while since I have seen one of your videos, but I really enjoy them. You make it look like so much fun! Plus, I appreciate all the extra work you put in to make it easier for viewers, like breaking out the steps and the detailed recipes! Thank you! And, yes, Orange Marmalade is MADE for English Muffins!
I love all you’re recipes, watching them from England. Definitely want to make these yummy muffins. Actually they’ve been known in recipe books in England since the 1700s so have been made here a long time. 🙂
My dough was on the runny side and hard to work with so I added more flour and floured the board generously. That helped to be able to pick them up so they don’t stretch and drip out of shape. My suggestion is add flour if it’s too runny before you cut the circles and start your burner out on the low side and be patient because once it heats up, you get a dark crust and you want to avoid burn.. The cornmeal tends to fall off the bread and begin to burn so I continued dusting the residue out of the skillet to keep the burned crumbs from adding burnt flavor on my muffins. Mine were great for a first pass. Just like storebought! I think next batch will be perfect. Thank you.
Hi Natasha, just found your video and as soon as I get bread flour I will be making your recipe. I recently moved into an Active Senior apartment complex, so while I can’t eat too many English Muffins my new friends will love to be taste testers. I have a hint that I have been using for years to assure those nooks and crannies, it’s a Fro Pick from the 70’s, dedicated of course. With the long prongs it reaches to the center of the muffin and you go around just as you would with a fork, with the last piercing you simply twist slightly an you have a perfectly split English Muffin. I can’t wait to surprise my new neighbors. Take care and keep cooking’. Bobbie
Sharky at 0:18- 0:20 and 0:8:14- 08:15. I love English muffins! I make breakfast sandwiches with them all the time. While this looks a little labor intensive, they look soooooo delicious!!! I think I hear a bacon, egg, cheese and toasted and buttered English muffin calling my name! I would love to see more Instant Pot and Air Fryer recipes. I know you have some great ones! 😋
I usually catch Sharky in these videos, but this time I did not see him. I made this recipe earlier and my fiance loved it! She put egg on hers and had a breakfast sandwich!
Homemade English muffins with nooks and crannies so the melted butter has somewhere to pool. Oh my! After I make my batch, I think I will make an egg, sausage, and cheese muffin. I also like putting peanut butter on them after toasting. Melted peanut butter! 😋 Alright, now I'm hungry. Need muffins. Play video.
Hi Natasha. You are very inspiring. I have always want to create a cooking Chanel, but never have the gut to do so. As I keep looking at your video, I now really want to start my cooking Chanel.
Oh gosh, these look so good!!! I LOVE English muffins. I can't wait to try these. Add me to your list of who loves orange marmalade. Yum!! Thanks for the amazing videos. They always make me smile.
I "always" open my English muffins the "proper" way with a fork. - Lol Yes, marmalade is a jam wonder with so much texture - a favorite here too. - Cheers!
I'm looking forward to making these this weekend! I didn't eat marmalade for years, cuz it was icky when I was younger, but I recently...and I mean within the past week!...rediscovered it and realized it's pretty good! Funny how our tastes truly do change! I actually put it on my grocery list! lol

Hi could you please show us how to make sourdough English muffins? Thank you so very much! You make everything look so delicious! 😊😊
I have tested these as sourdough English muffins and it worked great. Here’s what I did: Add 1/2 cup active starter (100 grams) and use 1 1/4 cups milk and everything else stayed the same.
@@Natashaskitchen did you get as much rise during proofing with starter as opposed to active dry yeast? Think I may try this out.
I've actually looked into making them sometime but keep putting it off. I think your video is a sign to get off my butt and do it!
I hope you love the recipe
