    Please do a video on EMFs and protection. How do you know what to buy and what works??? We are medical professionals and are on call. We can’t turn off our phones. Also, I’m afraid to turn it off if my mom needs me at night, which has happened.

    What if you have a phone in airplane mode ans lets say a parent has a stroke and needs to call you asap? I am afraid to put my phone in airplane mode becauce my parents are old and may need my assistance any time.

      You can put your phone at least iPhone on sleep mode at a certain hour every night so you don’t have notifications or calls And choose some urgence number which rings even when you are on this mode
