🧑🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS
[Easy autumn vegetable ratatouille🍆]
Cooking time: 25 minutes
■Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
Canned tomatoes…1 can
Chicken breast…200g
Eggplant…1 piece
Pumpkin…200g
Shimeji...1 pack
Kingfish…1 pack
Lotus root…100g
Olive oil…1 tablespoon
Solid consommé…1 piece
Salt...a little bit
Pepper...a little
■How to make
① Cut the eggplant and pumpkin into cubes and heat the pumpkin in the microwave (600W, 2 minutes). Remove any stones from the shimeji mushrooms.
② Cut the king king mushroom into strips, and cut the lotus root into 1cm wide pieces.
③Pour olive oil into a pot and fry the chicken breast until the skin turns golden brown.
④ Fry the eggplant and lotus root for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the pumpkin and mushrooms, and once they are fully cooked, add the canned tomatoes, water, and consommé and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.
⑤ Once the whole thing is cooked, season with salt and pepper, and serve on a plate.

HEATING HONEY makes it TOXIC, so best to eat it by spoon and sip tea separately
p.s. heating extra virgin olive oil reduces its flavor so it is a waste - better use that for salads (caprese for example, or pesto sauce). Cheaper olive oil (second press) is ok for frying.
I was frustrated a very long time. I didn't want to do anything. I did many everyday things with stress. After work I just wanted to sleep.

Sempre que vejo vídeos assim me pergunto como as pessoas relaxam tendo que ficar mudando a câmera de ângulo toda hora, tipo estou comendo, me levanto, mudo a câmera e depois volto a comer. Parece difícil.

I just found your channel and this is the first video that popped up so it’s the one I watched first. I very much enjoyed it. The food looks so delicious. It’s always interesting to see how much we have in common no matter where we live. I live in South Dakota 🇺🇸 I also have an orange Dutch oven that I cook in in the fall in winter. I love it. And I am a huge fan of Korean dramas and Japanese Japanese dramas and Chinese dramas, etc. etc. Every single night I’m watching one. Your skin care routine was inspiring. I need to do a better job. Hello, nice relaxing video! Im from spain and just to clarify, the "tapas" you bought, its actually a snack (its called salchichon, similar to italian salami). It was very funny to see you cooking it, since the meat is cured and you are supposed to eat it raw, same with the olives, you eat them raw and spit the seed, but hey I hope the meal tasted good anyway!
