Apple beetroot lemon ginger and apple cider vinegar, this tastes great and the acv I've noticed makes the juice keep longer instead of going like vinegar after a couple of days, I think it might keep the bacteria in check for longer.
If you don't have a juicer, but you have a decent blender, you can cut the produce into managable pieces, blend them well, and then strain the fiber out through a nut milk bag.
You can strain the fiber from the juice, yes, but that's actually healthy for cleaning out arteries and intestines ~ soluble + insoluble fiber. Also, just straight fruit juice (unless it's blueberry) is high on the glycemic index - spikes glucose similar to sugar and honey.

Fiber is good because it adds bulk to your stool and helps build a healthy microbiome, but it’s not essential at every meal. @@MinusTheGym Actually, you're right....I've had it wrong all these 60+ years. My father used to say, "You learned something new every day." How embarrassing that it took me 60 years to learned that one 😅
@@pollykaris6528 🤣 glad I could educate you a little on celery!
Thank you 🙏🏼❤️💞💫✨
I agree with you dear thks ❤
We don't have celery in India any alternatives?
I'm sorry but I have no idea. That sucks you don't have celery. You might want to check out Anthony William and what he recommends. I learned about celery juice from his book and his podcast (Medical Medium). He might know of an effective alternative for parts of the globe that don't have celery.
How much juice quantity oer day .?
I usually just do one glass per day. About 16-24 oz or so. When I’m juice fasting I drink at least a gallon of juice, but then I’m not eating anything so the calories are much needed.
@@MinusTheGym thank you

Without before and after blood work?
Omg you have very interesting videos which I love also your a handsome man I subscribed.
See now I’m going to pick up some more celery 😂
ABC juice is my favourite. You can also add daily essentials by Planet Ayurveda along with your juice for upping the nutrition intake.
Anything that’s good for the heart?
I don’t drink juice and I don’t eat fruit or vegetables. Beef, butter, bacon and eggs is what I eat and water is what I drink.
Good for you. So why are you here?
Awww, baby wants his juice???? 😌
