I’ve drank 24oz of celery juice for the past 3 years. First thing in the morning 16oz of lemon water (water and half squeezed lemon) the 20min later 24oz of celery juice (1 bunch of celery) after. No more anxiety, no more brain fog!, no more acne, no more heart palpitations, my short PR interval is gone, no more fibroid, my gums are healed, no more dry skin, and no more gallbladder issues. I also omitted gluten, all dairy, eggs, and only eat grass-fed beef every other week. Medical Medium!!

    • It can help lower blood pressure
    • It can help with asthma and bronchitis
    • It can help decrease muscle spasms
    • It can help improve sleep

    • It can decrease your risk of kidney stones
    • It can help dissolve kidney stones
    • It can help dissolve uric acid crystals (gout)
    • It helps with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
    • It helps with pain relief
    • It can help decrease your risk of stroke
    • It can help with the recovery from a stroke
    • It can help decrease blood sugars
    • It can help decrease inflammation
    • It can help increase neurogenesis
    • It can help improve eye strain
    • It can help improve blurred vision
    • It can help protect the liver
    • It can help increase bile flow
    • It’s antibacterial and antiviral

So I started juicing with celery, carrots and apples. Going on 2 weeks now and the difference is astonishing. I haven't attempted juicing celery alone. I have been sleeping straight through the night and wake up full of energy. This is coming from smoking half a pack of menthol cigs a day. Quit cold turkey and juicing has helped tremendously.

READ AYURVEDIC from india ; Don't ignore INDIA as a 3rd world country ; for plant base diet and knowledge , india is a leading country ! 85% of indian population is vegetarian but cardiac and renal diseases are 30% lesser than europe and 40% lower than USA.

    • @Mr.Sr.Jr.
      @Mr.Sr.Jr. 2 роки тому

@@skylark304 the fact that Indiana has lower rates of renal disease is not necessarily 100% linked to a vegetarian diet. Don't get me wrong it obviously has health benefits but the fact that India is poor in general means there are a lot of vices that they cannot afford that Americans can and many of these vices like sugar alcohol tobacco gas powered machinery and all the other benefits of industry are contributing factors to many diseases not to mention the toll that stress can take on the body and obviously in a fast-paced capitalist society there's going to be more stress than in a society where things are far simpler.

I am a regulatory scientist approving drugs using FDA regulations in a pharmaceutical company. I understand the benefits of medication on patients that require that help. However, I am strong believer of let food be thy medicine, for which I work very hard everyday to consume foods like celery, sleep right, exercise and be happy to avoid medication. Unfortunately, our current system needs more education than medication. It is very easy to pop a pill but it requires effort to live right. If only we can teach everyone you have more control over your health then perhaps we would all be high functioning happy people! Thank you for your work !

When my doctor told me I would need to take medication to control my blood pressure, I told him absolutely not and began researching how to lower blood pressure naturally. Low and behold, I found celery as the answer. I started juicing the entire bunch and took it down first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. In less than a week, my Blood pressure was lowered and went to normal. Went back to my doctor for a check up and got a clean bill of health. I kept taking this for at least 2 months to make sure the effect was long lasting. Have never had a problem since.

Celery is so underated......all you've discussed are true based on my personal experienced. I'm having all kind of serious health issues lately and most of them I believed are related to inflammation. I had pancreatitis 3 mos ago and underwent ERCP. It took 2-weeks before I was scheduled for an ERCP back then. That 2 weeks I have to endure for the ERCP procedure to be performed, pancreatitis had already started to cause complications in my liver and pancreas and I was in pain all the time. I developed hypoglycemia and I'm having all kinds of digestive issues. I thought that was it for me. I was thankfull the procedure went well (thanks to my long time GI Doctor). They put a stent to open up the bile duct that leads to my stomach. After the procedure, the pain was gone and I'm back to normal after a few days but my problem w/ hypoglycemia continues and all sort of pain in my body including asthma. To make the story short.....I started drinking organic celery juice (4-stalks) every day mixed with organic green apple and half size organic lemon (rind included) every morning 10 min before breakfast. After only 4 or 5 days of drinking the juice, I'm already getting positive results. Pain in my joints, digestive issues are gone, hypoglycemia is in checked, it hasn't occured since I started drinking the juice, and with changed in my diet. Just vegetable salad for dinner everyday and it worked for me. Also, I do away with processed food. Incorporate a lot of raw food or fresh vegetables in your diet and it can be done. I also believe in the power of prayer and be positive in life, you will have a stress free and healthy life. Peace & God Bless.

I love eating celery, it is delicious, especially with some peanut butter. Cooking it and putting it in many meals is great too. I did try juicing celery according to Medical Medium for about two months and ended up with the most extreme gastric and kidney pain I’ve ever had in my life. It only grew worse so I just had to stop. I’m not sure exactly what happened but juicing a stalk of celery every day and drinking it in a fasted state was definitely not for me. It took quite a while to recover from that. But I will gladly eat celery raw and in moderation! It does get expensive to juice especially if you are buying organic.

One of my all time favorite foods I actually crave. Worried it's not digestible (vegetable cellulose)
Last week I nibbled several stalks of celery and was disappointed how salty it tasted after cutting out large amounts from my diet, I use to eat it because it honestly quenched my thirst with it's water content and to me tasted refreshing and delish.
