I'm Kenyan and you make me want to go to Kenya
😅😂
Amazing, it's an honour :)
these men and women are living proof that you do not need high tech equipment or super advanced facilities to produce great athletes. got to give them the props they deserve and their coaches.
It must be amazing to train with the worlds best runners! I feel like its a "must do thing" as a runner if you want to reach your peak! Those nice cold morning long runs on the wide long road... it takes my breath away! My question is: how hard is it actually to breath there, and, are you sponsored? Thank you very much to share your experience with us!❤
Hey - yes I am sponsored: Stryd, theFeed and SOS. And in terms of breathing, I would say it's definitely challenging, you feel the altitude 100% but it's great training.
yesss,I love this content in kenya .Now i’m 14 years old,i hope one day i will train there
Come with us when you're ready! 🙏
All the best and I hope you won't give up in your dream
Can anybody from around the world can join you in training?
Bien 👍
It is just amazing how running is such a lifestyle over in Kenya and those from around the world go to the same country to experience it all. Thanks for sharing your experience!
So true - thanks for watching!
Love this - awesome video Luis, keep up the great work!
Thank you 🙏
‘If you lose contact with them, you lose’….. 😂 I was dying at how casually Luis says he is basically fighting for his life during the last 45 mins of that workout.
It's literally true, one slow minute and you're out haha
Very well done Luis.
Thank you for the awesome overview of Kenya locations. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it 🙏

Watched this today before my morning run. My first completed 10km + run. Your excitement, passion and pure joy are an inspiration. Every time I bog down I just envision the form of you and the other runners in these videos. I completed the run and felt amazing afterwards. Positive vibes and hard work are a magical combo. Thank you.

Hola! Si vivo aca desde la universidad. Gracias por ver el video!
Am a kenyan and leisure runner in europe and been watching your videos for years. Welcome to 🇰🇪 anytime
Thank you 🙏
Why are you in Europe?
@@toukka4 better question why am I on this earth?
Always appreciate your videos. Really awesome content. Any chance you can include mins/mile when talking about mins/km for us in the U.S.? 😊
Good recommendation, I'll remember that! I try to convert it but sometimes I forget haha 🙏
First! 🏃♂️🙌
🙏
This reminds me of my middle school days where it was compulsory for everyone to do cross country from 5:30am
The good days
Excelente
🙏
You were in Paipa, great. Greetings from Colombia
Saludos!
Luis, tu es un grand coureur, mais la facilité des Kenyans est incroyable… ils ont une foulée magique et élégante.
Thank you 🙏
Wish I got that body type already fit rn but being an endomorph runner and asian made my legs and calves big which makes me heavier but doing it for fun so still it's all good
Holaaa!¡¡.. luiss un abrazooo fuerte amigoo!¡..
Gracias!
I love you sir ❤ I am from india 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Thank you for the support
Whaaat? You have been to Kenya from 2007? Damn brother, you are persistent in your craft!
Gotta do what it takes😂🙏
I’ve been really getting into your videos lately! May I ask what kind of shoes you wear doing most of those trainings? I’m barely covering 30-40 miles a month but you make me want to pump those numbers up! lol Just need some shoe recommendations. 😃
Hi Mark! Nike Vaprofly next %
Awesome video!! Thanks, can slow rec runners come?
Yes you can! We take runners of all paces and ability levels in our camps
Legend
🙏
These videos just make me feel slow :( Great stuff though Luis. Always love seeing the variety in your vidz
Remember we all have our own challenges! You can always be faster than you were yesterday. Thank you
@@ortaluis For sure. Trying to break the 3 hour marathon soon in Hamburg. Also when are you getting Paul back for a vid? I love watching him run.
I’m reading a book…… Out Of Thin Air….. and it’s about the Ethiopian runners. The author mentioned the same thing, of how you can easily lose contact with them if you can’t keep up.
It's so true, super challenging but worth it
What’s the pace for the recovery in the farklets?
Awesome
🥰
Elgeyo Marakwet to the world🔥💯
🙏🙏
My hometown where giraffe park is. I saw you running
Oh amazing!
This was great. Pero soy muy pobre y muy viejo for the camps.
No hay edad limite! Y siempre estamos dispuestos a ayudar!
Did you go on that hill at min 8.20? I saw it many times
I never knew a running utopia like this exist. Why am I just seeing anything like this, wow. Have you ever trained with the Ethiopians? Thanks
Definitely thinking about it
Are they taking gels during workouts?
the life of a runner is probably the best thing in the world
It's a dream come true, at least for me 🙏
Love from India 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Thank you!
Nice
🙏
Hola, Luis. Esos atletas hacen sentadillas completas y pueden sentirse como los asiáticos? Gracias.
No sé 😆
My biggest question is about injury. It's what stops me from training hard. Do these runners suffer from much injury?
Hope sable wins a medal in the Olympics ❤
🙏
would you go to kenya to train before a major race in the future?
Yes absolutely, that's the plan
What is your fastest mile?
Correction.. The Kipchoge Keino stadium in Eldoret is named after the retired athlete Kipchoge Keino and not Eliud Kipchoge. They do not share the stadium name. A little bit of correction right there.
Correct!
Diet plan for 1600 Mt pls 🙏
wow the rainbow guy is just effortless
He's super talented, definitely 🙏
man u runs so weird BUT u r so skillfully fast , COOL
Thanks...I guess 🤣
I’m happy to go run there and make everyone feel better about themselves because they will lap me 2-3 times per my one lap lol 😂
haha
Anyone else really want to do this but would get dropped by the first Km???
haha
Hi just subscribe to your channel. Been planning to take my son to train in Kenya for a couple of weeks. Can you point me of a group or team or connection. Since you been there done that, it would be helpful to get the insight. Thanks for the video, looking forward to here back from you.
Send me an email on contact@myolympiccoach.com, would be happy to help 🙏
11:30 damn! i imagine kipchoge in his sixties, getting out of his house and glimpse many of bunch of international runners, all of them pushing hard and see kipchoge at his house door , motivating even more to continue, and kipchoge, knowing that, making the commissure of his lips circumvallated, smiling, becoming the happiest in the world....
He's a legend!
❤
🙏
Sir can I poketi ❤❤❤😘😘
They are born with awasome genetic
Yes they are!
The world survived because people learned to run.
I like that!
I am from Assam
🙌🙌🙌
Your higt?

definisi KKN di desa Pelari
🙏
Formula One of the Human Race.
How are they able to run for so long? I feel faster but I would lose all of my sexy muscle if I ran that long lol.
It’s a choice to train hard enough and long enough to build up to their pace. I’ve lost 20lbs since starting to run (seriously) and train consistently. But that’s ok bc I’m a lot faster and healthier. Strong heart 🙌🏼
haha not at all!
Jakob Ingebrigtsen doesn't 😛
Jakob isn't a marathon runner!
I rather 3 to 6 miles than 15x 600m
Yeah its hard!
Any Ethiopians or Ugandans there ?
Some yes!
@@ortaluis how did jakob became such a great runner, beating the Kenyans, how and where he train.
So, with all the training you doing, what is your goal? Be the champion in Valenzuela ? 😂
Hopefully get back some national records :)
I guess their roads are constructed by our chinese engineers, lol; those runners can run a marathon within 2 hours 10 easily on these roads , but we are not able to run within 2 hours 10;so hard; I can run a half marathon within 2 hours 10 minutes easily, lol
Theyre literally running 12+ mph only..... for 30km..... 12 mph is maintainable for me for about 1 maybe 2 miles... LOL
haha 🙏
@@ortaluis Love the content Luis! Thanks for sharing the journey. These videos help me be a better runner everyday! Love from Nashville, Tennessee! If you ever find yourself in the area there is a beautiful track near me would love to get some laps in with a legend like yourself!
А работать они не хотят? Нет?!
