Look so peaceful. What kind of shoes? I stopped it to see. Kind of looked like On logo, but no clouds. Good run. Tough in mud. Smart to run where cars packed it down. Keep on going!
Nice run. Sometimes little muddy (or better to say wet) terrain is better than dry dusty way but it shoul be hard enough. Do you concentrate on your running technique (if yes, how?) or you just run?
Sure, i do but mostly when i do my easy runs . I focus being mindful while running, making sure that i relax my shoulders, have short quick strides, breathing freely, also i always try to have my arms work relaxed ( not being tense) i include running drills to my training too. I also do massage once a week which is vital to running. I use the videos to correct other areas i see needs to be corrected.
@@lydiarun254 It is interesting to hear that you try to have short quick strides because when I see some runners thay have very long strides - maybe there should be some compromise for the strides - not to be so short or too long.... and not to work too hard be leg muscles.... Eg I have cadence 185 at pace 5min/km and I think that at such relativelly slow speed the cadence could be lower....
I am not experienced on this but i will recommend taking it easy when you get back from injury, build your base and get good recovery after training. Checking physiotherapy will help speed up recovery! Use a good shoe too!
Such a smooth steady pace, even on muddy hills! What a beautiful place to train.

How old are you and how long have you been running? I'm only asking to see if it's too late for me to be slim and fit like you. I am twenty
You are younger than me. You can just have a goal and work out. 5 years older than you. Cheers 🥂
Have you ever experienced knee pain? And if what's the solution 😢
Yeah, i slowed down from training and i started seeing physiotherapy for rehab. It took some time to feel better again.
@lydiarun254 thank you very much
