You guys need to make a good long Berkeley Documentary. It is a truly a must
I want a running squad like this
If you can run 1k 3:10 pace, you can always join a pro running club and you will have a squad that will motivate you! You need running squad than can push you but at the same time, is not tremendously overwhelm, nor under perform you in term of endurance and strength!
Wow I remember when I just went to join the military an It was the same week I had screening, this video dropped. Now it's amazing looking back like, Yow I was here 8 months ago👏👏👏👏 been around supporting for ah long time
Probably the best film I have seen on running. Fantastic athletes with incredible knowledge of the sport and just about how best to achieve anything in life. What scenery!
i go out for a run once, and this is what i was recommended
There is a peacefulness about them 🙏🙏🙏 beautiful to watch

Vocês são monstros demais. Deus abençoe cada um de vocês! Exemplo de muita determinação e resiliência!
The Gods of long run are really low profile in their daily life
True. Superficial distractions aren't what they grew up with. So no need to change the flow. They keep their head down and stay humble even as Elite Olympians.
What amazing guys. Such a pure lifestyle, the pinacle of athletes in my mind
Just finished my first week of HM a build up! Closed out the week with a 10 mile or 16k long run at an easy 8:30 min mile or 5:18 km pace. Excited to see my time half marathon time in 11 weeks!
How’d the half marathon go?
@@MrMostNatably never ran it. Instead I joined my schools cross country team and ran an 18:03 5k after only 3 months of running
I totally love this documentary even though im not a runner and totally sucks at jogging.Lots of inspiration stuffs..!!!
Every time I have a good run I always watch videos like this after
These athletes have my respect for all the effort and passion they put on what they do. It's amazing and admirable their mindsets, how organized and respectful they are at training, and of course at competition :D
Greatest runner ever. Incredible Team of athletes.
Great video with insight into their long runs, pace & runners mindset in general.. plus scenery is pretty cool too
I'm so sure whatever gold mumbo jumbo lines Eliud Kipchoge says on record for us to hear which always amazes us, is all thought of really hard during his long runs.
guys watching eluid run gives me hope on life....running cured my depression...tomorrow i will attempt 10 km for the first time.
Love this so much. So pure and humble.
