Running has a fantastic mental component. It transforms our mind and brain. Those who run completely change their world, their way of looking at life. And these runners know it.
Another outstanding video from the NN Running Team. All the elements of training are very important, and those athletes who perform at high level for many years have accomplished that through the physical and mental aspects required. Thank you for posting this video and all the best to everyone at NN Running.
Love this! Hearing from the athletes is something that’s needs to be more emphasised in running because they are very knowledgeable and can help a lot of us in our running journey
Nice that their track training (and much road running) is on a soft track/dirt vs many tracks/roads in the US that are asphalt surfaces that can cause more injuries.
without calling out the obvious (yay a video with "insight" from NN), I feel like nothing was really learned here. Most above avg. runners know speed work = track, a tempo day and a LR. For any serious runner a video by NN that explains form, insight into how their effort is managed (HR, VO2, Lactate) , true training schedule of x days easy, x days hard, x days steady would be useful
"Marathon doesnt actually need perfection, It just needs consistency"

“Marathon doesn’t need perfection, it just needs consistency” EK. Man that really inspired me

7:42 The secret is all in moving from point A to point B, giving 100% effort achieving 100% potential.
This needed to be longer
its not about perfection, its consistency!

Really inspired, more of this please 👍🏽
Like a 1 or 2 hours documentary
Please make a longer video this is beautiful.
“Marathons don’t require perfection, they require consistency”. Eluid Kipchoge should write the messages inside fortune cookies for runners!
God bless NN Running Team❤
Fascinating. This film could have easily been a hour long.
Marathon doesnt need perfection, it needs consistency.

Are we ignoring what looked like the af3 prototypes on the track 👀
I thought the same thing!!
Nike’s apparel still got the forever chemical PFAS. I see everybody still wearing nike. It's our generation's asbestos. All the athletes are affected.
Why do the Caucasian coaches of African runners refer to them as boys and girls ? It seems to be a sense of insecurity on their part.
Don't be so sensitive
Fth
Why subtitles 🤮
Some people could be deaf
