What became number one on my list was serrapeptase. I bought that and, what the heck, bought nattokinase. After one month taking both, my shoulder pain noticeably reduced. I continued taking both for a year, with complete elimination of shoulder pain. What continues to amaze me is that the pain never returned. Nattokinase is an enzyme that helps digest protein. The theory about why it is of benefit is that it helps digest the fibrin in the bloodstream, and that fibrin is present in excess in older people. Following that logic, it is sometimes recommended to take the stuff on an empty stomach, because otherwise it is apt to use itself up digesting the protein in the food eaten. Anyway, around four months ago I went of a twelve hour fasting diet. That is, not eating anything for twelve hours, with most of those hours being overnight. Along with the diet, I took around 1,000 FU's of nattokinase during the fasting period. Because I didn't expect rapid improvement, I was surprised when after a little more than two months my high blood pressure reduced considerably. That and better mental clarity, perhaps brought on by reduced blood blockage in the carotid arteries. Said blockage being one of my health issues. Anyway, the stuff is highly recommended by me.

Hi everyone! I am over 70 years old and I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I took the Japanese nattokinase 2000 fu daily for 2 months and my BP went below 100. I didn’t feel good at this reading and I stopped. Reading more and learning more, I realize now that I should keep going. But it’s never too late. I will start again and stay on it. It should not need a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Even if "other factors" were responsible for the reduction in artery plaque, the mere fact that plaque was reversed means that most doctors are suspect because they tell people it cannot be reversed. RCTs can sometimes be used to delay. They can also be used to bury case reports.

Works with K2 mk7 NOT K1, this is essential for binding and removing calcium from soft tissue I.e. arteries. A cause of heart disease that is never discussed is gut dysbiosis. This results in leaky gut (tight junctions/enterocytes) which permits LPS (endotoxins) to enter the blood and damage the arterial lining (endothelium). It also reduces calcium absorption signaling the parathyroid to pull calcium from the bones and teeth. The third part of the equation is that the liver produces more cholesterol to bind the endotoxins. That's the deadly combination. If your anion gap is high or have high serum calcium (above 9.5 for those over 40 years of age) then get your PTH (Parathyroid Hormone level) checked. You can take up to 500 mg of carnitine a day to reduce serum calcium whilst waiting upon surgery to remove or resection your enlarged parathyroid gland/s. You must fix the gut though with diet. If digestion has been bad over whole lifetime get a genetic report and see if you're a FUT2 non secretor, you might have B12 deficiency (regulates enterocytes among many other things).

My doctor or rather one of the doctors I have seen is freaked out at how high my blood presure is because every time I go to her for the prescription it is really night. Last time 220 over 130 something like that I forget the lower figure. She astually said to me I am not going to worry because it doesn't seem to effect you. I thought about that a lot of course. My conslclusion is that she is saying she is not going to worry about me because I haven't died of heart attack. Ihave zero heart problems although my blood prsure is chronic. I guess that is what she meant. So from then I started to do my own doctoring seeing she is unable to do it. I found one simple change I can make is stop intake of inflamatory foods, like sources of carbs and sugars. I soon noted 7-8 positive effects, the first was the inflamation in my ankles went right down. At the end of this week I will get my blood presure checked. Las time one month back it was down from 220 over 130 to 188 over 113. This time I expect it will be down significantly but who know until Wednesday which is the day I intend to get the bp check as I pick up my soon to be replaced by foods and regular exercise. I’m of the same mind and mode as yourself!!! I ended up in the emergency room 3 weeks ago. I was at home and suddenly my bp kept climbing, up to 220/110 and my heart rate was up. During my visit, the emergency Doc said something about my bp meds and why they had to give me that one and it’s harsh on the body, then he proceeded to name all the ones my doctor could have given me (this was while he was looking at my blood work). Was released later that evening then I went immediately to my regular GP, he asked if I was on bush teas when he looked at the blood work, I added two and two together and felt this bp meds is either damaging my liver or kidneys. I got sick within 3 days after and my blood pressure kept goin up again...I think it was covid, dunno 🤷🏾‍♀️. Felt like I was going to die, literally. I tried to get out of bed but my pressure would shoot up again and I had a fever. I stayed in bed and only consumed soup whenever I was hungry. Took a full week to get better and so far, I have not taken a bp pill since then. Why must I solve one problem by creating few more and more serious than the initial problem. Anyhow, I think sugar is a big culprit in this situation. I’ve also cut most carbs and I have a bp monitor at home, so I monitor daily.
You could be suffering from white coat hypertension, I have it too; my bp would be stable but as soon as I go to the doctor’s office, it’s through the roof. So be mindful of this. If there are any pharmacies nearby that does blood pressure readings, please let them check it for you before you go to the doctor because it might be the anxiety that makes it go up while in the doctor’s office. I wish you well on your self care.

Last time just last wednesday it was down to 152/100 so a significant change and all while I did zero exercise because carrying a lot of fat. The fat belly is dminishing but I got a long way to go but very confident the bp is going to go all the way to the threshold which is 130/90 and not 120/80 that the doctors say it should be. They use that figure to get people dependent on their prescriptions and insure a regular customer. I have yet to purchase a bp monitor but intend to get one, just want to make sure I can get one that is manually operated but a really good quality one that is not expensive. It doesn't matter if it takes time to get it. Just want to be able to be able to take it with me whereever and whenever. Those meds can be dangerous. There is one the GP gave me with something added to keep my swelling down, I am suspicious that it takes a lot out of my liver because I was told they cannot give any higher dose that what is in that pill. Obviously it is dangerous. You got me thinking about that, thanks.

I feel terrible at times and get it wrong most days but 1. Soya Milk and 2. lots of water calm the information. Water by itself is only a partial help. I've listened to podcasts saying Omega 6s cause inflation and Omega 3s don't (if that's true, that will explain a lot of my food choices/avoidages). I really don't know if salt is good or bad ... found lots of podcasts saying both scenarios are good Is it true that companies take out the Omega 3s and put Omega 6s in for shelf life (if that's true, no wonder croissants and bread lasts so long!

I believe in that study there was actually an appreciable synergistic effect of combining the Nattokinase with low dose daily aspirin, and not much of a gain using Nattokinase in combination with Vitamin K2 vs the group using just the Nattokinase. Great thing about the study was the huge benefit without the need for a drug.

Never heard of any of these until this video. But I had covid lungs for 10 months and Leukemia was found at the same time as Covid when I drove myself to the Hospital in January of '22. Two rounds of chemo and covid lungs, I was very sedentary for a year and a half. Only recently started exercising. But any time I would try and walk, never during the workout, but right after, I would get dizzy and feel drunk. And last week, I went into a sauna and couldn't breathe and felt drunk when I got out. Lasted for 13 minutes. I thought for sure I was going to drop dead. Almost had to tell the pretty girl at the gym to call 9-1-1. I'm 44 years old and have always been in good shape. I think I might have clogged my arteries while sedentary this year and a half with constant carbohydrate intake. And why did the sauna do this to me ? Is it my heart ? I need to take these supplements. I will order the one you recommended at the end of this video. And I'll try the serrapeptase as well like the gentleman wrote below. My second concern is how much of the enzyme from Natto actually gets through since your body will do a big digestive enzyme dump when it sees the food coming. This could possibly digest most of the proteolytic enzymes and is why they advise taking proteolytic enzymes on an empty stomach.

I was actually told to eat fermented tofu as it is Natto. Hard to find except at Sprouts and like health stores. Regular Tofu is bad for the body, as are all soy products , as the body can't digest it so it causes inflammation. Fermented tofu means the soybean has been broken down and releases Natto which is helpful to body.
This was from a holistic doctor i used to go to before I moved.
Since doing so, my cholesterol is amazing and my blood pressure has dropped to where i dont take BP meds! I had 2.
I started Natto supplements as i was doing the soy 2-3x a week and it would be nice to not have to eat tofu so much.
I have labs in 6 months so going straight supplanent to see if it works as well. I'm taking 8000fu of Natto.
The tofu is cheaper i can say.

Tofu isn't bad for the body. Tofu lowers cancer risks, specifically: breast and prostate. Yes, fermented is better, so is organic but all Tofu is great for the body. The meat and dairy industry put out fake info on Tofu. Tofu is also a phytoestrogen and raises testosterone in men.

I had a full leg thrombosis from my ankle to my hip went into the hospital for aPT treatment for four days and I also took Nattokinase and lumbrokinase at home, the Nattokinase killed all the pain and inflammation and stabilized the condition. I took 33,000f/u a day for 1 month then dropped back to 12,000f/u a day with 200 mg of lumbrokinase a day with 500mg of Berberine twice daily, all sign of thrombosis was gone at the 1 month scan on the revisit. I did not take any other blood thinners. I also had scan of my heard that showed reduced plaque.

I have been taking Serrapeptase for five months, 120,000 SU per day with incredible results. Two herniated disks from an accident, 2 and 3, have given me daily pain for twelve years. After one day of taking this, no pain and none since. Also, congestion through weak lungs has decreased greatly. It also has properties for cleansing heart valves. Do I need or even can I take both of these enzymes together?

Concern I have with taking Natto. If you have confirmed plaque build up, mostly calcified but some still soft, is there any risk of stroke as the calcified plaque gets removed?
I've researched this and found no information. There was no mention in the study your referenced, and the fact there are no stories might indicate its not a concern.

I was just diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in my left calve a small blood clot, it came on all of a sudden, I woke up the other with a little pain in my left calve, the second day it was really hurting so I went to go get checked. I don’t understand how I got it, I lift weights 6 days a week and cardio 3x a week, I’ve been on a carnivore for 2 months. Now that I found this natto I given it a try and see if it can dissolve my blood clot. I’ll keep you informed
