Nattokinase Supplements Reviewed: Insights On Potency, Purity & Best Value
Nattokinase is one of the best natural supplements for supporting heart health and proper circulation, but are you ever confused as to how to choose? There are tons of products on the market, and they all seem to be labeled differently. Do you know what nattokinase potency is, and/or how to find the potency (fibrinolytic activity) per capsule? What about comparing products based on the price of potency, not the price per bottle, or capsule? Join me as I break down key factors like potency, purity, and value on 7 of the most popular nattokinase products. I will guide you from confusion and into clarity, so you can choose the right nattokinase supplement to match your health goals.

There is no such thing as bad cholesterol. The body wouldn't produce it if it was. LDL contains the factors that promote healing. Thus LDL are the repairmen that must show up whenever and wherever injury occurs. HDL are the carriers that carry excess LDL back to the liver. Inflammation causes injuries. when injuries occur it is imperative that LDL be present which it is because it is everywhere present in the blood. Immediately LDL lays down a cholesterol bandage to prevent a blood clot from forming. If it weren't for LDL being immediately present at the site of the injury we would all be having heart attacks. .Thus inflammation is the true villian and cholesterol both HDL and LDI are the heroes. To prevent plaque from forming stop inflammation. eat food that fight inflammation.

Drs are trained to dispense drugs for certain diagnosed conditions They get the conditions wrong lot of the time Give you the wrong meds most of the time Have No nutritional or supplement training My neurologist said to me "B vitamins Won't Help You". What does that tell you? It tells me they have No idea what their doing Their just following some rote rules & can't think outside the box. The 1st time I went into this office the waiting room was full of people who looked like they could barely breathe 2yrs later (2023) I went back to the same office & the waiting room was EMPTYDid all these poor people die??

In February 1988, I had triple bypass to repair a 98% blockage of the left main coronary artery. Since statins had not been invented yet, my cardiologist had all his patients on Niacin (his minimum dosage was 1,500 mg per day). From 1988 thru 1991 I had my lipid levels check every 3 to 6 months. When taking 1,500 mg of niacin my total cholesterol was 155 (without niacin 240), HDL 46 (without niacin 33), LDL 98 (without niacin 133). If I lowered the dosage of niacin below 1,500 mg / day my lipid levels returned to Cholesterol 240 & LDL 130. I also discovered that drinking alcohol raises HDL and that is a story for another time. In August 1997 an angiogram revealed that the 98% blockage of the left main had shrunk to 20%. Niacin works and sometimes you turn red.

The Neprinol blend does not even say how much of the 15000 is Nattokinase (it does NOT appear to be all of it as suggested in the podcast and, indeed, an AI summary in Brave) and I cannot find elsewhere. So it might not match the Nattokinase studies discussed where 10800 were used. Does anyone know how much is in the blend, in case we wanted to ensure we were taking at least 10,000 of Nattokinase? Indeed, it would be nice to know how much is serrapeptase because I take that.

Many homeopaths have been aware of the role of gut bacteria thanks to Dr Edward Bach ( pathologist, bacteriologit and Homeopath) in the early 1900not forgetting Dr John Patterson, these brilliant minds have given the homeopathic community the remedies known as Bowel nosodes and which deal with all sorts of ailments and emotional and mental issues. I am glad the " main stream" is finally catching up with the first and safest "designer medicine".

3 days ago I went to see a Cardiologist, because my primary doctor referred me, I'm on the CARNIVORE diet for over 5 year and still alive. My LDL is at 664, HDL is at 85, and Triglycerides are at 87, and the A1C at 5.6, I'm 59 YEARS OLD, lean and healthy, also working out strong. The Doctor suggested I take STATINS along with another one called Ezetimibe plus a PCSK9 Inhibitor injections. I asked him if it was necessary temporarily and he told me it would be for life while I'm on the Carnivore diet. I told him I won't take them! ---- I'll like to hear any opinion, thanks!

this is completely dishonest or stupid. If the base case was zero and one patient with statins how would you report this? Relative risk? This is basically the situation here. Diabetes risk is significantly less than the heart attack risks which is why absolute risk is used Once someone does something stupid it makes sense to ignore anything else. If you can't get the basics right what is the point. Nonsense. Complete nonsense. Not recommending anything new except ypur fucking supplement nonsense.

  • @newyorkguy158

I stopped listening after 6 minutes. Too much erroneous information. The body, including the brain makes all of the cholesterol that the body needs. It doesn't require dietary cholesterol. Injury to the artery walls is not required to develop plaque. High blood pressure, smoking and insulin resistance can damage the lining of the arteries, the endothelium, and accelerate the formation of plaque, but plaque can form if LDL cholesterol is high enough for a long enough period of time. In fact, this is probably the chief cause of heart disease. Diets high in saturated fat or sugar lead to the synthesis of LDL cholesterol, elevating it sometimes, as in the case of high-fat keto diets to astronomical levels. This causes the body to increase the number of ApoB lipoproteins that transport it in the blood. When the number of ApoB particles exceeds the body's physiological needs, they pass through the endothelium by a process called transcytosis. No damage to the artery or inflammation is required for this to happen. If some of those ApoB particles are retained inside the artery wall, they become oxidized there. The immune system responds with macrophages that try to engulf and destroy the "foreign" particles in the artery wall. Foam cells form and that is the point at which plaque forms. Inflammation occurs as part of the immune system response. It's not necessary as a pre-condition. The really important test that everyone should have is not the test for LDL cholesterol, it's the ApoB particle number test. This is the predictor of heart disease and coronary event risk. It may closely track LDL-C, or it may diverge from it. So, a low LDL-C number doesn't necessarily mean a decreased risk of events. ApoB could be much higher. Statins are very valuable because they can reduce ApoB by 50%. The longer you take the statin, if you need it, the greater the benefit. Clinical trials only last for 3-5 years. Stating can extend life, if taken long enough. Unfortunately, too many doctors don't know about ApoB.

talk to my doctor about Nattokinase she won't hear a word of it. What can i possibly ask her to read to convince her. Let's face it the Medical system's solution is we will just cut them up when plaque build up in the heart reaches a level that will kill them. I.e. that is what I am now awaiting called a triple bypass. One artery is 99% clogged the other is 85%. I am a guy who had to have an annual medical check up for the past 15 years to keep my commercial driving license. Two weeks ago I asked the surgeon why has this never been addressed till now? He said there was no way of telling this would get so serious. What kind of disgusting belief system is that for M.D.s to have? I am ngry, frustrated, and betrayed by the system we are suppose to not question or else our doctors like mine did say you are in the wrong office if you are seeking any other guidance than Statins, angiograms, stents, and finally open heart surgery. When will this insanity STOP and prevention become the norm?
