  • Hello,
I'm Naïma. Welcome to my channel. This video is about how I recently tried taking #natto (a natural clot buster) for #longcovid to attempt to deal with the issue of micro-clots.
    I discuss:
    1. Research into microclotting
    2. Treatments against microclotting
    3. My experience on nattokinase for 6 weeks

A few weeks ago I stopped taking natto. There were many intense highs and lows since taking it and several symptoms came back that I hadn't had for several months. I will try again once my symptoms have stabilised in a few months - right now there is no room for backsliding 😓

You may be the same as me. I was feeling improvement after taking Natto for a few months, and I was on about 6 tablets a day (I've been told this is the max dosage). However, after a while the improvements plateaued and I even started to feel worse again and I was resetting back to how I was. I'm now taking about 2 a day but I don't feel much improvement. I do wish I could know what's happening in my body, why it would make me improve for a few months, and then just stop and get worse again. Soooo frustrating!!!!!

@@CharlieR9997 it's soooo frustrating. We try to regain a little bit of control by trying out different things and are left with more questions than answers. Maybe 2 a day is doing something, but it's not enough for noticeable improvements in the short term 🤷🏾‍♀

Stay with me. I have a pacemaker because I had constant a fib. Been using Nattokkinase for 6 years to avoid blood clots. It's really a wonderful solution. I'm 68 and both of my cardiologists told me my arteries are amazingly clean. One of my cardiologists told me the pharma blood thinners which come with a lot of side effects only reduce clots by 1% a year. That's terrible and pretty much ineffective in my opinion. I took and still taking nattokinase for my long covid with very good results. At the very least on par with apixaban, a pharmaceutical blood thinner. I also recommend taking baby aspirin on the opposite end of the day when you take nattokinase. They work best together as nattokinase works on fybrinolitic activity while aspirin reduces the level of platelet activation one sees on long covid patients. So these two tackle blood clots from the two different sides.

Whether any of these points are related I really do not know... but..I'm 63 years old. I had 4 of the jab, 3 pfz and 1 modn in that order. I had so many because I had non hodgkins lymphoma cancer adversely affecting my immunity. And the treatment takes away one's immunity on top. Praise God I recovered from the cancer though the treatment was very tough - (stem cell replacement, previously (inaccurately) called bone marrow transplant). It took about a year to feel I was getting better. I was going to the hospital gym to recover strength and my heart rate was high after moderate exercise, around 130 bpm.
But ongoing problem was a feeling my heart was struggling.. eg just going up the stairs and my heart was really pumping. Also was getting very tired and sleeping much more than usual. Then I got VERTIGO and had to stop my exercises.. never had it before, its very debilitating.. had it for over a month. It went away but I continued to feel constantly a bit dizzy.
I was already taking vitamin d, 4000 IU per day along with K2, thanks to youtuber Dr Campbell;s videos. I doubled this dose about a month ago to 8000 IU per day and 200 mcg K2. I also started NAC and Bromelain, plus a multivitamin and mineral pill, plus a higher dose vitamin C , all daily. And marmite/yeast extract on top, daily.
My tiredness has gone, my heart has calmed down a lot. I'm feeling about as good as ever.
As I say, its all anecdotal, can't really say if any of these things are related.
But I would recommend watching John Campbell's vitamin D videos.

The food natto from which nattokinase is extracted is probably safer and it comes with some companian substances that may help reduce risk. The bacteria used to ferment the soybean, bacillus subtillis, could also help normalize the gut in post-viral syndromes. One 50g serving of natto should provide 1200-1500iu of nattokinase.

I like your clear explanation of what you do for covid. I have been thinking about a solution for long covid. Normally your body should be able to clear abnormal molecules. The spike protein is being produced in long covid. If your body cannot get rid of this abnormal protein, than you have to boost your immune system. The first thing to do is to try to lower blood spike proteins. Bromelain has been shown to break down the spike protein. There is one study that shows the helpful effects of bromelain in covid. They used 200 mg every 8 hours. I think that the smallest amount you should use is 1000mg on an empty somach. I like bromelain because studies show that bromelain rises in the blood for at least 8 hours. The other action should be to take beta glucan 1-3, 1-6 . This molecule lowers inflammation and d-dimer levels in covid patients. The lowering of d-dimer levels means that blood clots are being broken down. This supplement was shown in a 2022 study. It was successful for covid . You can get this beta glucan from a capsule or you can eat a half teaspoon of brewers yeast daily.

Hi Naima, I started nattokinase nearly two years ago for LC, before there was much mention about it online. There wasn't much information on dosages back then or anything linking nattokinase to LC, but there were indications of microclots so that is why I tried it.
I took just 1 capsule a day for 4-5 months and I have improved tremendously, I then had periods when I took 2 a day too but most of the time just 1 a day.
It seems 1 capsule isn't enough according to current research, but it sure was enough for me just took longer to achieve the results, I could feel it doing something.
As the microclots break down, the spike protein or other inflammatory molecules in it are released into the bloodstream, which may be why some feel worse. If that is happening slower on 1 capsule a day and doesn't cause worsening of symptoms, in my opinion that is still a win. If you feel better on 1 a day, I think you should try sticking to it just for longer. The ebbs and flows are normal for LC as I am sure you know, natto will not prevent them, but hopefully on a low dose you won't gst the worsening of symptoms caused by natto.

    A couple of questions please.
First, Thank you for expressing your experiences with Sarapeptase & Nattokinase.
My experience with blood clotting goes back to November of 2019 which is about the time that civic was said to appear in the world. With current data, we now know that Covid was first conceived in labs within the US prior to orignial reports. My blood clothing started in the lower left leg near the ankle. Under normal care, Blood thinners were used to eliminate the clotting but then returned in a similar dramatic way a month or so later. My experience is that this blood thinner caused valves in the veins of both legs to enlarge and remain open (aka: veinous insifficiency) causing weeping from the toes to the calf as well as enlargement of the legs (aka: adema) from the toes to the thigh.
I now use natural ways to thin the blood - using red beets or ginger root - which have helped. The adema (puffiness) had subsided in both legs to the point that the right leg has pretty well returned to normal. The left leg adema had almost normalized and weeping had nearly stopped except for the area around the toes.
But now I feel like the left leg adema has come back and the toes (while they never did completely normalized, are beginning to weep & hurt even more now.
I am considering Natto or Libro to improve circulation. Does anyone have any experience with lumbrokinase?

    >enteric coated< is important, you don't want to waste your enzymes to stomach acid or food digestion (so empty stomach) >organic< nattokinase, serrapeptase, lumbrokinase, bromelain taken at different times of day so they don't interfere in any way with each other
and of course healthy eating, vitamins (d3 and/or sunshine) and some exercise.....good luck!

I have long blamed the covid shots and booster for my fatigue brain fog and general health problems. I have been taking Dr Best Natto and recently added Lumbrokinase. I take the Natto 2000 FU first thing in the morning then I take the Lumbrokinase 1 40mg capsule that equals 800,000 units of Lumbrokinase before bed. it has been 1 mth now I'm feeling like myself again. I must say that my experience with serrapeptase was not good it seemed to make me feel worse ?

I've been taking Nattokinase for all of March. No issues, perhaps a little more regular, perhaps feeling better (sharper & a bit more energy).
No long covid. Had covid once, last May. Being tested for pre-diabetes. Hoping next blood test will be improved.
Taking Natto for heart & dementia concerns. Heart study I read, said they didn't see much change at 2000FU. i think they had most on 4000. Will need run it by my Dr, before I consider bumping it up, as I am on a few different meds.
fwiw, I saw they are recommending it may be good for Vacc. recovery treatment. Hoping the price stays down ,and it helps achieves our health goals.

There is now scientific evidence of the shedding of exosomes from the vaccine via breath. It's confirmed the spike protein sheds (vaccine spike protein is distinguishable from the organic form) but no data yet on whether the mRNA is being shed (inserting instructions to indefinitely produce spike protein into our DNA via CRISPR). So you could've had neither but been exposed to someone who's vaccinated, likely causing your issues.

I had a stroke and it’s possibly linked to long covid microclots as I had long covid at the time. After my stroke I started taking clopidogrel antiplatlet meds for 10 weeks. I was allergic to them but I noticed within days that my breathing has improved. I then moved onto enteric coated baby aspirin due to the clopidigrol allergy and my breathing remained much better. I no longer need my asthma sprays. What I have noticed is that if I eat junk food sugar/crisps my inflammation levels go up and my long covid symptoms get worse. So I’m trying to eat anti inflammatory and it’s helping. I’m trying to heal the endothelium. I find garlic has made a huge difference too. I’m planning on starting q10 and increasing my fish oil. Plus trying to find ways to increase nitric oxide with food.

@@naimaella thank you for your kind words. I’ve been looking at some really good videos about the microclots. What I’ve learned is that when the endothelium is damaged by long covid, it blocks the absorption of nitric oxides which we need. I’m on week 3 eating anti inflammatory and I feel so much better. I developed and was diagnosed with a lot of food allergies since having covid too. Things like gluten, barley, oats, spinach, apples and more. Cutting those foods out and quitting crisps and sugar, and eating less saturated fat has helped so much.
